Julie is so friendly and made everything so easy for me- from leasing, to choosing the perfect apartment unit, maintenance requests and planning events for us. The fitness area is great. And i love that I could use both facilities in Bowery 1 and 2. The sauna is awesome and the rooftop terrace! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pool was closed until the end of June. The apartments are not move in ready, when you move in. The walls are thin, there's a lot of noise from planes, traffic, roofers, people blasting music at the pool, and mowers. They're trying to compete with the pricing of actual luxury apartments without proper management and maintenance.

I paid $325 in fees, was denied based on credit, and was told all fees were non-refundable -- including the administrative fee, for a lease that was never created. When I asked for even a partial goodwill refund as a returning resident, I was told no at every level. I understand policies exist, but the lack of compassion for a former tenant who returned in good faith says a lot about how this company truly treats residents. I would caution anyone to carefully read the fine print before paying any fees here.

I have lived at Emerson Isles for nearly two years now. I have never been late with a payment or…read moreever had a complaint against me. I own two cars, one of which is driven very seldom. The lease states I can have two parking spots. When I got home from work the other night, my second car was gone. Turns out the property manager, Michaela Rizzo, made the call to have my car towed without giving me any notice. The car is registered to my apartment and parked legally. She said it was "deemed inoperable" because of a flat tire. Emerson Isles is unable to provide pictures of a note they say they put on the car warning me of a tow. I look at the car every day, and never saw said note. Instead of taking two minutes to call me, email me or post a sign on my door, they decided to take the lazy way out and just tow it. I am extremely disappointed for the lack of transparency they have shown and general lack of interest in the problem they have caused for me. I'm told I will not be able to speak to a manager for at least another week as she is "working from another office". I will be ending my lease and moving out in January. I do not recommend leasing from Emerson Isles or dealing with them. I still can not even find out where my car is and this will cost me a lot of money. I am getting my attorney involved.

Lawn service is lacking and limited. Maintenance team is bare minimum (crack in my patio ceiling was just painted over) and the high end gym hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The algae build up on pool walls hasn't been cleaned after reported. Numerous neighbors have taken cleaning their respective building walkways and pressure washing the breeze ways as no one in maintenance has. When we walked into the leasing office, we were warmly greeted by Emma and Hannah. It happened to be Hannah's birthday, and seeing her so cheerful and celebrated was such a beautiful reflection of how management values their team. Big plus! Emma was the one who gave us the tour, and she went above and beyond every step of the way. The hallways looked like something out of a luxury hotel, with sleek navy blue doors that gave the entire space a refined and elegant feel. When we stepped inside the apartment, I was floored by how beautiful and spacious it was. Emma answered every single question we had with such patience and kindness. She was incredibly thorough, making sure we knew about the move-in process, current specials, and even helped us resolve a parking issue since we have two vehicles but are in a one-bedroom unit. And when she didn't immediately have an answer, she took it upon herself to find it--which speaks volumes about her dedication. Now that we're officially residents, I can honestly say the care and attentiveness we experienced with Emma hasn't stopped. I once brought up a safety concern about the back entrance gate being left open due to what looked like damage from a large vehicle. Emma and Hannah hadn't been aware of it--but the very next day, the gate was repaired. I was amazed by the speed and responsiveness. Emma continues to impress us with her kindness and commitment. I recently had trouble locating a package in the high-tech mail room. I saw Emma heading out for the day, clearly tired, but when I stopped her for help, she didn't hesitate for a second. She smiled and jumped right in to assist me--even though she was clearly off the clock and had every right to just point me in the right direction. Her willingness to take the time to help meant so much. Another standout moment was when I needed to use one of the conference rooms for an important interview. The music in the lobby was a bit too loud for my nerves, so I asked Emma if it could be turned down. She immediately made it happen. She and the rest of the staff encouraged me before the interview, and when it was over, the property manager saw me later and excitedly asked how it went. I was so touched that she remembered and cared enough to follow up. We've only lived here a short while, but we already love it. The amenities are amazing--the pool, the conference rooms, the aesthetics--it's all just gorgeous. But Emma is truly the heart of this place. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care have made our transition here seamless and joyful. Her support didn't end with the lease signing--she continues to be just as attentive and kind now as she was from day one. I couldn't let another day pass without acknowledging how much Emma has meant to us. She is a shining star at Pilot & Park, and we're so grateful to have crossed paths with her.

One of the things we enjoy about our apartment is the natural lighting. I have a beautiful display of tropical plants spread out in front of our sliding glass doors. We have enjoyed watching these plants grow during these past 4 years. 2nd, Parkside does a phenomenal job with its outside grounds. We have enjoyed the game room many times with family; even celebrated a family members birthday within. Along these same lines the pool area is beautiful; you get a sense of tropical. We have grilled out many times here and just enjoyed a quiet supper with the sound of pool fountains in the background. My neice and nephew love the children's pool area. We began teaching them how to swim here. Now, they swim faster than me. =) My husband enjoys the large flat screen televisions at the pool and in the game room. I also enjoy the Amazon lockers; probably to much. =) Last but not least we have the best of the best lease representative in the area. What makes her the best of the best is that she cares.
