Jeremy made it sound like it would be easy getting our mortgage with him and that he would take care of us every step of the way. I spoke with him once when he sold me on this and then again about 6 months later after I'd been through hell dealing solo with Elizabeth his assistant. He was no where to be found during the entire process! He would just always refer me back to assistant. He's one of those Tony Robins followers trying to act like he's successful and has all these lofty sales goals but provides ZERO support during the process. Now onto his assistant Elizabeth, she is completely cold and demanding. We were so excited about buying our home and she made the process a nightmare! She wasn't helpful with any questions, I literally had to figure out the process online and watch Youtube videos because she just requesting more docs and more docs. She literally could give a crap if you get funded, I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. In conclusion we were able to close no thanks to Jeremy or Elizabeth, there are so many brokers that are begging for business right now save yourself the pain from working with this guy!

This was after being incredibly unresponsive. Then they offered us what can only be described as the worst loan terms currently available. We left and went to Exchange Bank and were offered fantastic terms immediately and just closed on our dream home today. I don't know who their target demographic is. But we came in with $180K and fair credit and they treated us like pariahs and damaged our credit. Needless to say, the "friend" who recommended them are no longer trusted.

When COVID19 hit, no communication about my loan or how it would affect acceptance. Two months into process my lock expired snd rates crashed. Naturally i wanted to renegotiate. I was ignored on multiple calls and emails for two weeks! (CAUSING RATES TO GO UP) I had to get my husband involved. Of course HE GOT prompt assistance. This would upset anyone. Then they refused a major source of income at almost the end of the underwriting process causing us to pay off $20k in credit cards with our mortgage after ignoring multiple documented sources of income and free capital! When i sent an email expressing my displeasure in a professional manner, i get an irate call attacking ME for my "tone"! This is a common attack by a sexist! He went on to blame me for all my problems in the "relationship" it became uncomfortably personal and he spent 20 minutes blaming me. Furthermore, who attacks their customers? To top off the whole awful process, they sold our mortgage to some no name servicer with a horrible customer service rating, lawsuits and CFPB complaints for false foreclosure proceedings!
