They would even call to let me know when something arrived. A very friendly family feel. They even let one of the ladies behind the window bring her infant in so she could keep working. Then New owners bought the place about a year ago and the place quickly went down hill... -The cost of the mail box doubled over the pervious year. -The cost of money orders tripled. -After the price of the money orders went up there was a problem and they weren't doing money orders anymore. They kept saying next month, next month... this has been going on for a solid 6 months now. -They would randomly not be open durning business hours or close early. -A constant shuffle of new faces behind the glass. Definitely not a good sign because they can't keep employees. -They went on a reduced schedule during the Covid thing but aren't open during the new posted hours & days. -They don't have a voicemail to leave a message regarding your frustrations or even figure out if they will be open. I have a package that was delivered almost 2 months ago that I can't seem to pick up because they are never open.

I made the first payment and only $1.49 was applied to the principal. I was so mad!!! Then a few days later it went to pay the balance in full. I mentioned that to the stupid teller and she just processes one payment again. Then she argued with me telling me that's not what I said! I will pay the balance and not even consider using them again. I DO NOT recommend them! Please do not use them!!! I didn't even want to gene them a star!
