I did a walk-in this morning for an oil change on my jeep, after leaving the Pepboys down the street because they told me it would be at least 2+ hours to get an oil change done.. I called my sister and she recommended that I come here to Oil Station. I arrived around 8:45 am & was out of there by 9:20am. I had my oil changed, air cabin filter replaced and the air filter as well. Very professional, and VERY efficient service. You walk in and the staff is very friendly, but what good is that if the service is terrible? Even I can offer a polite greeting, but if they don't know how to do the job, what's the point? Today, September 5, 2026, I arrived with my family to get an oil change for my car; the car had been running perfectly, but then they came up with a story claiming the car couldn't be moved without a tow truck. Luckily, someone helped us out and picked us up without needing a tow truck, so what was the excuse about the car not starting? They claimed a part broke and a piece fell into the engine, and that they didn't have the necessary equipment to retrieve it--which makes me suspect they were careless and broke it themselves. On top of that, they were closing at 2:00 PM and told us to call a tow truck--and to do it quickly, because the owner didn't allow people on the premises after closing time. So, if you need help from these "professionals," you'd better be prepared to end up stranded on the street or have a tow truck at home just in case. Otherwise, I absolutely do not recommend this incompetent place; they don't even have the tools needed to fix a problem they likely caused themselves. I can't say for sure, but they left us waiting in the indoor lounge and only called my husband over once the damage was done, telling us to sort it out quickly because they were leaving for their holiday. read more

All I've seen is the wrong ways to do stuff. -Paying 120$+ for Mobil 1 and receiving cheap Walmart branded super tech. -Cars started without oil in them and then not telling the customer. -People of color called slurs behind the bay windows just for existing -Mistakes being made and blamed on other shops -Putting wrong oil in cars resulting in engine failure -Managers allowed to prey on female hires -environmental violations -Unpaid labor Nothing is done properly or morally here, anything to make a dollar off of the hardworking people of Hainesport and surrounding areas. Working here was the worst experience ever and it's clear the owner doesn't care about his customers nor employees. I never never complain about a business but I think others should be aware. I went to oil station on 12/14 to get an oil change. This is the first time I did not go to the dealership to get my oil changed and my car is a year and a half old. They charged me $101. It was fast service. I drove around a little bit I went home and oil was pouring out of my car. I tried to go back but they were closed and don't open again till Monday. I just went to Mavis tire on 12/15 at 9 am and they told me that Oil Station broke my gasket and I had a major oil leak. I was very lucky to get it fixed because if not my engine would've seized. Do not go to them. I will be visiting them on Monday for a full refund. I do recommend Mavis Tire on route 38. I am really thankful for them because they fixed oil station's mistake. I went this morning to complain. I didn't have my receipt from Mavis but I did have what the mechanic wrote out. I was told it was a Kia problem. I was also told I had an attitude!! I took my truck to a mechanic friend of mine to check my tire sensors. I noticed! A little smoke coming out of my tailpipe when I left the house. My mechanic started to take it for a ride and noticed alot of smoke coming from it.He checked the dipstick and said there isn't any oil in it.I said I had taken it to The Oil Station for its last change. Now I called them and they're claiming I had a leak.I said bs the driveway at my house is spotless. Then they hung up on me.My mechanic said he has heard stories about them not putting oil in cars.I had to replace my engine because of them.Take my advice and stay away from that place. I instantly became impressed on the the efficiency and quickness of the service as well as the thoroughness and professionalism of the mechanics. They are more than oil changes. Have been getting oil changed there since the car was new. Drove in today and didn't see the small sign they had out by the highway that they were closed to have the parking lot redone. Three of their grease monkeys were standing in the doorway saying, "can't you read the sign?" Trying to turn around, I scraped a landscaping rock under the back bumper. No damage, but rather than helping a customer they stood there and laughed. The owner was there and didn't seem to care about how they acted. So they've lost a customer and anyone else I can turn away from doing business there. read more

HORRIBLE experience I went to get my oil changed which normally cost me around 50 or 60 anywhere I go. They pull my car and ring me up for 98 and change. Tell me that had to add extra oil and they just had to change my air filter did it without asking me and charged me separately for the oil filter HOW IS EXTRA FOR FILTER WHEN IM PAYING FOR OIL CHANGE??? HOW IS THAT NOT A INCLUDED IN "OIL CHANGE" Than they pit in high mileage oil WHY?? I didn't ask for it nor do I need I dont high miles on my car. I advise All future customers to Avoid being ripped off by the Owner and supervisor regarding how they distastefully handle this "so-called" business. I heard more rude talking, laughing about their personal life and flirting with women instead of servicing the cars properly especially for a simple oil change. The oil change service was deplorable. The associates unfortunately are being trained by a Trifling Supervisor and Owner. I hope those associates look for real company to work for. The ONLY reason I give this place 2 stars is because the nice associates who work for a yam-bag of a boss. I use to come here for the past 2 years and get my oil changed. I went there recently to have a regularly scheduled oil change and decided this time to get a coolant flush. I got the 79.99 coolant flush and days go by I'm low on coolant. Notice fhat I had a leak so I drive it back they said my water pump is broke, I need a new one. Not even an offer for a refund.. let alone a free oil change next time -NOTHING!! My boyfriend and I went to change my oil yesterday and he suggested that we go here. I followed him there and parked my car. He was trying to find a place to park so we could both go in. When I got out of my car I saw that my boyfriend was fighting with one of the managers(we didn't know he was a manager at the time). Apparently he pulled up behind my boyfriend and was waving his hands behind him and yelling. They got into a fight and the manager refused to change my oil! I wasn't even the one fighting. I found this very unprofessional and rude. If he's the manager he shouldn't be starting fights with customers and refusing service. Id give customer service and speed a 5 star. Except when i get oil changes, i dont want to leave with oil all over my car. I dont understand how they got it on my windshield, trunk, roof, doors, ect. I understand the oil pump hangs from the ceiling, but for 100$ for a synthetic oil change (when mavis charges me less than 50$) i expect them to be more careful. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for oil changes for several years now. They are straight forward and nice folks to work with. Anytime they have recommended additional maintenance, they have never been pushy about it and really only advised that it needs to be completed. Also we have never made and appointment and when we get there we have never stayed longer than 15 minutes with 2-3 cars in front of us. We will be returning and would recommend anyone in the area to go as well. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. My daughter has been taking her 2000 Honda Accord to the Oil Station regularly. The last oil change the tech cross threaded the oil pan plug. She is losing oil and can't figure out why. So she brings it back for them to do a oil change and fix the problem. They charged her for the new plug and for a oil change. She will not bring another vehicle to them or any Oil Station. They should of made good on their mistake and offered her a free change. But no. The manager said they couldn't do that. (Bull S...) instead of losing $40.00 for an oil change, they have lost a loyal customer. Think how many oil changes and money that is. Too bad. read more

Paid close to $100 for an oil change. Less than one week later the check engine light comes on. Find out from the car dealer that the oil cap was not secured properly. Cost $200 to clean up the oil that got all over the engine. Went back to oil station to tell them what happened and owner/manager wasn't there. Employee took all of my info including copies of the invoices and she told me I should hear from him the next week. Well it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. Having considerable difficulty getting anywhere with the Oil Station when dealer stated that the stripped plug occurred at last oil change and the pan needs to be replaced. Now they have new guy who seems to find a problem with everyone's car. 4 people where ahead of me and he had issues on all the cars including mine. My wife went recently and it was the same thing. I went here to get an oil change and was told one price, but was charged a different price. When I questioned the man he started yelling and cursing at me about my attitude and "You f*ing people buy expensive cars then don't want to pay for the upkeep! Don't bring your car back here!" **WARNING** **DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT** where to start. I have been working at the Oil Station for about 3 months now. I do not recommend that anyone bring their cars to this place. I did my best to do the right thing but you're all being duped. You order synthetic? If we don't have it guess what? We put what we want and still charge you full price. Last week I accidently drained a Subaru's Transmission. Simple mistake we all make them. I went to management and they told me to roll the car. yes. "Get the car out of there" I was shocked. And it REALLY bothered me so I didn't want to "roll" it out so the manager did. The customer broke down the next day and called. And he had every right. I paid out of pocket for the vehicle to be fixed. Even though, the manager had final say and physically rolled the vehicle out and did check out procedures with the customer WITHOUT telling him what I had accidently done. Now onto the owner. Very unprofessional, is NEVER there but when he is he raises his voice at us, threatens to fire you for any little thing, makes inappropriate remarks about customers etc etc. the list goes on. People arent making these things up. So I'm warning you all, until this place is under new ownership/management I WOULD NOT bring a vehicle there. read more

Disgraceful. I have been going to the oil station for over 7 years. I went there for all my oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and tire rotations. They have serviced my Corolla for all 160k. As of 2 years ago I started noticing a change in my oil change price. It started creeping up past 40 then 45 then 50. During this time I have never had an issue with this high price oil change but I definitely started to once the demeanor of the employees started changing. I used to get a brief summary or even a "hey, ya might want to check this out" ...but the last few times, nothing at all! Makes ya feel like another yupee walking through the door! This last oil change was over $60! That's absurd to say the least! When asking for the breakdown, I was told they increased the price of the oil filter alone to $15! I immediately repeated this information outloud for all the customers to hear. Looking for something off, I told them I was coming there for 7 years, this is too high and I'm done here, the girl then repeated to me "yea, wow that is a big price difference and I know I have seen you in heat for a while....." thats it! She didn't even pretend to give a crap about taking money off! Which I heard through the grapevine as I was there, that was the owners niece! Anyways, this place isn't like it was when I started going there and the prices are outrageous!
