Came here for a quick oil change. The mechanic dropped the oil cap into the engine bay and cannot find it. Also did not make a good attempt to find it. No one here showed any care for the work they were doing. All of them were standing around. They had to buy a new cap for my vehicle. I will never come back to this place. If you can choose a different place do so. It took over 1 hour to get any work done. If I could give zero starts I would. What a horrible experience. First of all the price is $30-$50 higher than other service stations in the area. Second I went there because of the extras they say they provide such as topping of washer fluid, checking tire pressure, checking air filters, never mind almost all service stations do that as a courtesy when you get your oil changed. Not these people! Yet they give you a receipt stating that they did. Although I will admit that they checked the tire pressure and when she was done my drivers side front tire read only 27 lbs of pressure. I asked why they didn't fill it after they were done and the woman said she did. Funny that my gauge told me different. So the cashier said she would make it right. Great! She overfilled the tire to 41 lbs of pressure. And stated that it was only 35 lbs. listen, if you want your car taken care of, find a different place to go. You're likely to have more issues when you leave then when you got there. Not to mention the Westhampton car wash is cheaper and you get a free car wash out of the deal. Terrible experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and they began work. After some time they came over told me whoever had worked on my car last had messed it up and that it was leaking oil. I explained I had been driving the car for thousands of miles without a problem and they admitted that they had made "an existing problem" worse by cracking the oil pan and stripping the oil plug. My car was so damaged I had to be towed away. So far nobody has been in touch about compensating me for the mechanic bill of replacing the oil pan. In short, if you come here and they damage your car, good luck! 12/21/2022 - I've been in touch. They have not done anything to compensate me for the mechanics bill. If I can give them no stars I would l. My wife took her car there to get an oil change and tire rotation. The car was driving so bad I took it back. They told me it the nuts was warped from the heat (that's a lie) and the caliber when it turns making the engine turn made no sense. Caliber has nothing to do with the engine. Not only that they only changed one tire ridiculous. I had to go to a some were else to get her car fix. Don't go there they don't know what they doing and I hate liars. How you going charge someone for a tire rotation only replace one tire then strip the nuts. It's crazy read more

Let's see on a Saturday morning I was looking for somewhere to get an oil change for my girlfriends car. After two places that had over an two hour wait they were able to take the car right in. What I loved about it was the technician pulled a diagnostic and in everything they did they showed me not only what was recommended but also how everything looked. They showed me all the filters when they took them out and the new ones they replaced them with, the spark plugs when they took them out and the new ones to compare the difference and answered any of the questions I had. Everything was done in good timing, and they offer military discount on just the oil changes but also $ off depending on how much you spend. Coffee is available in the lobby. Overall, not a bad experience at all and the car is driving a lot better! read more

Got a new battery from auto zone less than a month ago came to this location they tested my battery included with thy oil change and I need to check my battery hmmmm thx guys if it weren't for the check you did I wouldn't have known I was sold a bad battery!! I've been going to Jiffy Lube on and off for over 20 years. The last time I went will be my last. First of all, since my car has over 100k miles now, the price is now $67! That's ridiculous! My last oil change was at Firestone when I got tires and it was $35. Yes Jiffy is speedy quick but I can go to Express Lube for the same $35 or get to Firestone at 7am when they open and not have to wait. I could have gotten 2 oil changes for that price and honestly, I had no idea it was that much. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still shocked. I could have gone to the dealer and paid $50. Secondly, they told me they reset the oil change light but they did not and of course when I realized it, they were closed. I looked it up and figured it out but just the fact that they lied and told me it was done, when I did not ask, makes me wonder who I'm dealing with. They did not check to see if it reset. It took me four times to reset so I'm guessing they didn't have the extra three minutes because they were more interested in getting me in and out in 10 minutes. By the way, I was the only car there during my visit. When I commented on the amount, the manager told me I was getting a $10 rebate. That's a lie. When I got home and looked at the form, they give you a $10 coupon towards your next visit, which doesn't help me since I'm not going back. Had I known it was a coupon and not a rebate check, I would have left, which is why he lied. I also noticed a staff change from my last visit. Ridiculous and I won't be back. So if this is the only option in your town or you can't make it to a Goodyear or Firestone (btw both are open on Sat and Sun) first thing in the morning, then go. read more

Holy crap. I barely had time to check in on Yelp! The time from me pulling up, to me leaving was LITERALLY about 8 minutes. The guy had my air filter in his hands when he CAME TO TAKE MY INFORMATION FOR WHAT I WANTED DONE. That was INSANELY fast. I had been going to VARIOUS Walmarts in the area, on MULTIPLE occasions, and it was always AT LEAST a 2 hour wait to get my car looked at. At Jiffy Lube, I got my oil changed in less time than it took the guys at Walmart to tell me the wait times. It was a bit pricey at $48, but I had a $10 coupon that I got in the mail, so it made it about what you'd pay elsewhere. If this is the status quo, I'll be going here EVERY 3,000 miles. read more

Went to get an oil change and now my car is broken down and can't be driven. This is my 5th time going and it will be my last. I have a busy work schedule and selected Jiffy Lube because no appointment is needed and service is pretty fast and convenient. I was actually surprised how fast my visit was today. Well about 3 hours later the light for check battery came on. I am a mother of 3 kids and right after the oil change I went straight to practice and to pick up my husband from his job. About 10 minutes after the battery light came on the check oil light came on. I was able to make to a parking lot and noticed the hood of the car smoking. I then proceeded to check the bottome of the car and noticed all the oil coming leaking out of the car. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning and Jiffy Lube will have to tow my car to their location and fix the car. I realized also that there is no oil in the car. None all there was was oil leaking. My visit today and last visit caused my car to break down, had to call a friend to come pick up my family and I, and also may have caused damages to my engine. After having my oil changed here my car started making a funny noise. My husband took the car back and they said the foam around the filter they replaced needed replacing. Wrong. The foam was fine before these guys tore out the filter to show me (upsell) how badly I needed a new one. Refused to do anything to fix it. Told my husband to get some new foam. The manager was rude and didn't give a sh*t that he provided bad service and didn't want to correct it. Will not be returning and will be telling everyone that I know not to come here. Wow! I've been going to this location on and off for over 18 years. I don't know if it's under new management, but 1st off the manager/supervisor,Terrell & his team were extremely polite and super efficient. Also, the restroom was extremely clean and in pristine condition at 4:30pm in the afternoon on a Saturday which is rare for most public restrooms at that time of day. And lastly once they finished with my oil change, my car wouldn't start and they tried jumping it without success. I told them I had been having problems with my battery and I had to have it jumped earlier today and probably needed a new one. Terrell advised me, they didn't sell batteries or install them, but advised he wouldn't leave me stranded. He then allowed me to buy a battery from the Auto Zone further up the road and once they closed, he and Matt installed my battery free of charge. Saturday was one of the coldest days of the year and they really made me feel like they "cared" about me and that I was a "valuable customer" and they weren't going to leave me stranded put in the cold. Most places say you're a valued customer, but these guys went "over & above" and proved to me that I was a valued customer! Every customer wants to feel like they're in good hands and can trust the company they selected to take care of them and their car. And on Saturday, 11/11/17 the staff at Jiffiy Lube did just that and as a result, I am now has a Jiffy Lube customer for life! I hope Jiffy Lube has some sort of program the recognizes and rewards their employees for outstanding service and that these gentlemen are included for their "over and above" efforts on 11/11/17. Positively scary that shops like this are allowed to operate. They couldn't figure out the drain plug that another Jiffy Lube had installed and couldn't take it out, so they couldn't change my oil. I get that, maybe it was an unusual plug. But when they gave me the car back, I asked "did you at least check the oil level"? The tech's response was "yeah, you have no oil". I was a bit surprised, so I asked him what he meant. He said "you have no oil in there at all". And they would have let me drive off like that. I've been here in the past and normally they are busy so it does take time. This time I pulled up and one bay was open so I started to pull up but was stopped by the attendant. They needed to pull another car in there that was there before me. Ok no problem. I parked in the lot as instructed. Shortly after, 2 more cars pulled up. One of them in front of the bay I was just asked to pull away from. One of the attendants was working on that car outside the bay. After 10 minutes of working on something with the engine, that car pulled away. They never went to the check out so I guess that service was free. My car was finally pulled in and they completed the oil change in 20 minutes. Great. They pulled my car out and the other car into the bay and started that oil change. Meanwhile, my car is sitting on the side of the building with the door open, keys in it and running! I didn't know this until after 10 minutes I go outside to find my car. I shut it off, closed the door and went back inside to pay. I stood at the counter and waited .. and waited... and waited... finally the car after me is done and the woman gets in and drives away. I guess her service was free also because she did not check out. I know this since I'm still standing at the check out counter!! So I asked if I could leave since it would seem it is 'free service' day. I should have walked out but I'm not that kind of person. I paid, left and will never go back. read more
