The customer service at this Meineke (933 Route 130 North Burlington) was horrible. The lady behind…read morethe front desk (10:30am of 12/22/25) of this shop was very rude to my father. My father, an army veteran, asked her if they provided discounts and she said "Lets see!, Lets see!" My father asked her what she meant by that and she would not answer him. She would not answer my father. She then told my father he could go somewhere else. We decided to leave and she scartasically said "Happy Holidays!" I ended up going to PENN MUFFLERS in Pennsauken, where they treated my father with respect and right off the bat told him they did give Veteran's discount which they applied to the bill.

I'm livid. I cannot see this just happening with no warning lights or issues. I stopped going to then years ago, but desp needed to get my oil changed and get my vehicle back. they did an oil change on my mom's car once and next day her engine was damaged. They swear it was nothing they did to my Jeep, but I know it's a lie. I pray Karma shuts that place down!!

Lack of communication is a big problem at this location. On a previous visit, I had my car towed in on a Sunday, at which time I called to let them know what the issue was. I followed up again on Monday morning, because I know that there is likely different staff on the weekdays. I was given an attitude and was told something along the lines of "I'll let the mechanics do their job". Then when I talked to them later that day, after already telling two people what the issue was, the person on the phone asked "so, uh, what's the problem with your vehicle?" Unbelievable. On that same topic, they aren't good about calling to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. If you don't make it a point to call in and check, you could be without your car even longer than expected. Also, on both of my previous two visits, they did not hold the appointment time that I scheduled. My car was not pulled in for nearly two hours after the appointment time on both occasions. It's pretty clear they have trouble staffing this location. On a previous visit, I brought my car in early on a weekday. My car was not finished, and I was told they couldn't complete it for another two days because the person who was a specialist in that area was going to be off. On top of these things, every service that I've had done has taken way longer than expected. I think they people that they have may be doing their best, but lack of capable mechanics along with poor communication result in unacceptable service. This is the closest auto repair place to me, and I've given them several chances, but I'm done with them now.
