We desperately needed someone to trim our trees and clean up our backyard. They contacted me really quickly. I was able to get an estimate right away Just buy a picture I texted. I was able to set up an appointment with an a matter of days. They showed up right on time went straight to work, trimmed all of our trees and cleaned up the backyard so quickly they also gave me a very reasonable price. I was able to make a payment just through a link in my email they gave me the option of paying credit card , Zelle, cash or check. With the credit card they had a 3% charge, but that's not a big deal to me. I highly recommend this company. Did a great job. read more

I needed a large palm tree and another dead fruit tree removed from my yard. I originally found a company who quoted me a price but doubled it when they arrived to do the service. I sent a request through Yelp to Westco and they responded within an hour. The quote seemed reasonable and I liked the fact they came to look at the job to ensure my final costs beforehand. They arrived on time 7-1-25 and got right to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing and worked well together as a team. I was thoroughly impressed with their communication before and during the process. They ran into some difficulty removing roots that had grown closely to my back wall and worked extra time to get it done with no damage to my yard. I even noticed them going through the debris to remove small pieces of roots, which I assume is to ensure the tree doesn't grow back. Jessica in their scheduling department kept me informed consistently and answered all my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

We played phone tag over a few days. They were very slow to return calls when they did. Finally when we did connect they asked me to send a picture of my tree. I thought that was strange but I did. When I need a estimate for different types work around my house I like to talk to someone in person. After I sent the picture they requested I never heard back from them. That's okay two other companies came by and gave me estimates. read more

I want to highly recommend Westco, the prices are excellent, they showed up EARLY!, the staff from work crew, to office are friendly, polite and know exactly what they are doing! They followed up completely on the paperwork and were just a pleasure to deal with! Requested service to trim one palm tree and clean up debris and needles from the front and back yard. They were on time, friendly and fast. Trimmed the tree quickly and efficiently but was a bit disappointed with the yard blow out. Still tons of needles piled up under each of the bushes, was hoping it would clear the drips areas more. I'm not sure if they just forgot those spots as it was all done very quick. Backyard looks good. Update: we were out of town the next day after service and a neighbor noticed one of our sprinklers was broken and spraying everywhere. It's a drip irrigation hose that would need to be yanked or stepped on hard to break like that. Not sure if they didn't notice and just didn't let us know what happened. read more

They did an excellent job thinning out the branches while keeping the tree from looking butchered, even though they trimmed a lot. They made sure to get all branches that went over the wall into the neighbor's yard. Removed all debris and left my yard looking clean. Overall, great experience. WestCo Tree Service saved the day for us after our latest storm. They are responsive, reliable, offered a competitive quote, communicated well, and did a great job removing my tree! They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. During our latest storm our palo verde tree went down as a result of the high winds. Went down is putting it mildly. The tree uprooted with roots and rock around it ending up in a high mound. Then we realized that our beloved saguaro was under the fallen tree and was going to be lost if we didn't move quickly. I submitted for quotes on Yelp. Rey responded right away with a quote that was $250 less than my usual tree company quoted. I explained the predicament with the saguaro and he said he could remove the tree at 8am the next morning. He said he'd return the following day to grind the stump. Then he followed through by arriving at the promised time and doing exactly what he said he'd do. He was able to remove the tree without damaging the saguaro too. We so appreciated this. They even cleaned up after themselves by blowing debris off of walkways and pushing the rocks back. Rey and Jessica communicated well throughout the process. They let us know when they'd arrive each day and sent our payment receipt immediately. They accept cash or Zelle for payment. I'm so glad that WestCo responded when I submitted for quotes on Yelp.
