Just for this month (May 2026) they are running a promotion - $20 off for qualifying applicants under 30 years old. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and quick. He walked us step by step through the process and explained other features/options offered for our travel portfolios i.e. Clear. We applied online a few evenings before, scheduled an in-store appt and Brandon closed up the transaction in less than 10 minutes!! I know faxes are very outdated, however this machine quoted me over $140. I was expecting $10-15 max, but with the outrageous price it quoted me, I canceled the order and left. I think staples really needs to rethink their pricing on this. I was faxing to a local number, not even out of state. I will likely not return here unless absolutely necessary.

We stayed in the parking lot for about five minutes and then saw a man leave the store with a Needoh advent calendar. When we went back inside, the employee was no longer at the register, but she saw us and came out from behind another counter. She pointed toward an area and mouthed "Needohs" to the employee at the register, then went back behind her regular counter. Based on what we observed, it appeared that Needoh products were being held aside rather than being made available to customers. Whether they were being held for other customers or for another reason, the interaction left us feeling that we had not been given an honest answer. What made this especially disappointing was that I was there shopping with my children, not trying to buy inventory for resale. Seeing other customers leave with the products immediately after being told they weren't available was frustrating and upsetting for my kids. I understand that inventory can be limited and that stores may have policies about high-demand products, but customers should be given accurate information and treated consistently. This experience was very disappointing.

Sara was so kind and helpful and let me know that I could simply email the label to her. It took a few minutes for the email to come through, and she quickly processed my return and provided me with a receipt. Despite being the only customer in the store, two employees appeared to argue over who would help me, which made it obvious there are issues among the staff at this location. The employee who eventually assisted me had a negative attitude throughout the interaction. Instead of properly inspecting the package, they shook the box, heard slight movement inside, and immediately insisted I needed to purchase a new box or extra padding. After adding significantly more padding, my husband returned with the same package a few days later and experienced the exact same issue. Employees again refused to inspect the package before rejecting it and cited a supposed policy requiring "no sound at all" and "no bends on the box," which seemed unreasonable and inconsistent with FedEx packaging guidelines. At that point, it honestly started to feel less like concern for packaging standards and more like employees were using vague interpretations of policy to pressure customers into buying additional boxes and padding materials.
