I have been going here for years to replace cartridges. If he doesn't have what I need, his orders come within 1-2 days.

I have been buying my varied ink cartridges from Westcoast Ink and Toner (formerly Cartridge World, Brea, CA) for more than 10 years. The cartridges have always fit, never leaked and provided ample copies during the ink run. Rafael and Kevin have helped me with printer malfunction issues, over the phone or by my bringing my printers into their location. Some issues were easily remedied by their printer knowledge and they didn't try to upsell me with replacement cartridges or new models. Yes, I can pay less purchasing cartridges online. But I want/need to keep my equipment well-maintained to last its lifetime. I prefer to have ink cartridges that I know aren't expired; filled freshly, locally by an actual human being I see face-to-face; don't leak; and are backed by a brick-and-mortar business-owner with many years of experience and customer service. I called ahead to make sure my cartridge was available. Customer service was great. They explained to me the details of my printer, where to look for the number, and how to install it over the phone. Yeah, yeah, I know replacing a toner is not rocket science, but I'm a graduate student and the eye twitch, stress, and murphy's law was working against me at the 11th hour of a deadline, so I much appreciate that he walked me through it (over the phone) after I purchased the new toner for my laser jet printer. I didn't know that I was supposed to take my old cartridge in, so I did (about 3 months later) and they still gave me the $7 refund. read more

Honest help,completely knowledgeable and reliable. After moving to new location, parking is much easier. Cheaper and more convenient than refilling at Costco. After weighing your old cartridge, if it does not need ink yet, they will tell you the truth and save you money. read more

Fast, easy, convenient. I ran out of ink in several cartridges and when I went to Costco, they would refill it but then the microchip with be rendered ineffective. Not only did cartridge world refilled my ink cartridges but replaced the ineffective ones with new ones on the spot! I highly recommend this place for your printer services. read more

Awesome! I have the worst luck with printers and tech stuff. Ran out of ink. Took in my cartridges. Rafael had all the ones I needed in XL size so my ink would last twice as long. He was nice and friendly. I went home and had a little trouble installing one of the cartridges. It wouldn't snap in correctly and I kept receiving an error message. Bummed that I would have to drive back to return it I called the shop first. They suggested to pull the lever slightly and I snapped it in no problem! Saved me a drive back and my little panic subsided! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the OC area! read more

I own a good size office printer and the color stopped working but black was fine. Unsure of whether I needed to buy new or repair I called about 15 places. Either $100 to come out and look at it, no repair or I could drop off with a week turn around. Not able to go with a printer for a week I gave up. Found this place by looking for electronics recycling which they also do. I inquired about my printer and he understood the dilemma. He said drop it off Fri am and have it back Sat. True to his word it was awesome. No charge can't fix it. They even carried it to my car and out it in the trunk. Excellent place. Very ethical. read more
