She was knowledgeable, efficient, handling multiple customers; all with a smile. She explained how cross referencing the colors could be done, was incredibly polite to a customer who was more interested in their commercial discount than their order or how busy it was. I couldn't find what I needed on the website; within a minute of answering her questions she had exactly the specialty paint in was looking for. Excellent service. I highly recommend this store as they have the quality paint, supplies and top notch staff.

I have been to this paint store on three separate occasions and had similar experiences every time…read more I'm always willing to give people the benefit of the doubt - everyone has a bad day occasionally, right? Unfortunately, these guys are 0-3 and I'll never go back. They were unprofessional, unapologetic about their lack of knowledge, and completely entrenched in what is NOT possible (vice taking any kind of initiative to be customer-centric). Their communication skills were consistently underwhelming. After several delays, only half of my order arrived, and when I arrived to pick it up they proceeded to deny that the receipt I had was valid. I wouldn't work with these guys even if their products were free.

He was patient with all my questions, for which he had detailed answers! Each time I've gone in, I've learned something and have been treated with kindness and respect. What's more, they carry a brand of window glazing you can't get anywhere else in Rhode Island. They can cut glass and fix your screens. I have found my new go-to for anything paint/stain related. I see many painters in their trucks going in and out of there as well, which is a sure sign of expertise and great service.
