Unfortunately, these guys are 0-3 and I'll never go back. They were unprofessional, unapologetic about their lack of knowledge, and completely entrenched in what is NOT possible (vice taking any kind of initiative to be customer-centric). Their communication skills were consistently underwhelming. After several delays, only half of my order arrived, and when I arrived to pick it up they proceeded to deny that the receipt I had was valid. I wouldn't work with these guys even if their products were free.

He was patient with all my questions, for which he had detailed answers! Each time I've gone in, I've learned something and have been treated with kindness and respect. What's more, they carry a brand of window glazing you can't get anywhere else in Rhode Island. They can cut glass and fix your screens. I have found my new go-to for anything paint/stain related. I see many painters in their trucks going in and out of there as well, which is a sure sign of expertise and great service.
