Never again!!! 6 years ago was the best went a few years back and they traumatized my daughter! Horrible service I had an appointment first made us wait 1 hour then took us in for X-rays for my then 6 years old daughter and omg it went to crap there ! When the X-ray tech told my daughter who was scared of you don't sit still I will take you in the room in the back and tie you up without your mom so you can take these X-rays! That's were the service and everything got even worse! I couldn't believe what I had just heard myself she said it while me (mom) was standing there with my daughter! Unbelievable I lost it I waited again met with the dentist and told them I will never come back here again my daughter was terrified already I didn't even let them do any work and just left after being there for an hour and a half at this point how could I trust them with my children! DO NOT GO HERE! Might I add it was great before it got bought out by western dental!! It was so good before but after the switch absolutely not! read more

DO NOT bring young kids here. Probably the most horrific experience I've had with a dentist. My 4 year old had to get a couple of fillings, and the staff THREATENED her in front of me, told me I had to make her stop crying "or else", made the child go through anesthetic and everything just to do ONE filling. The plan was to do three fillings and a crown. They told me to bring my kid back next week, have her go through this traumatizing process again, anesthesia and all. I'm not coming back here ever. The dentist (middle aged lady, Asian, didn't catch her name) was extremely rough and impatient when handling my daughter, kid left with swollen cheeks, bawling. She has never been scared of the dentist because we've always had great experience with the other Western Dental offices, now she is absolutely terrified. This office should not be allowed to deal with kids. If your staff doesn't know to handle young patients properly, do not call yourself a clinic for kids. I am filing a grievance form on the website as well. read more

This office has really great staff, there was a day I came in and I guess it was not the regular doctor because their was a lot of wait , but I was really glad the front desk changed me back to the Monday doctor and she's great my daughter really likes her even though she's terrified to come in , but by the time we leave she happy and I'm happy too because she leaves with a clean smile . I really appreciate that the doctor seems to really care for my daughter and she's not just another patient she asks her about her stuffed rabbit she was holding and she even had a whole conversation afterwards so it wasn't just for show. For the most part they have services that are great and the staff is super friendly and they have great ac for this heat. read more

Didn't have a great experience with this office. I brought my daughter for a couple fillings but the treatment wasn't the best. The one administrating the laughing gas wasn't properly educated on how to do the procedure. My daughter unfortunately left with a couple marks from the mask.. I highly suggest this location conducts more proper training. read more

Initial visit was a great experience.2nd visit for treatment was great with Dr.G. However today when we went back to continue treatment it was a very unpleasant experience. We arrived at our scheduled appointment time at 9am the office was not open yet. So we waited outside with a couple of other patients. We didn't get called inside until 10am so it was a long wait time. We saw about 5 patients go inside before we were called in. Per receptionist doctor calls in patients who are there for smaller issues in first like x-rays and check ups. Which I don't think is a valid excuse to be waiting an 1hr I would have preferred to have been scheduled at a later time in that case. Then we find out that our initial dentist dr is no longer working with this company. The new doctor mentioned how my daughter is needs a lot of work done and how expensive it will be. Which I didn't find very helpful considering I am well aware of this since I have already signed off and have been paying for a treatment plan. I am very disappointed with my office visit and experience. read more

Very pleased with this location. Checkin was easy, very few patients. My 5 yr old daughter had 2 lower teeth extracted since the permanent tooth had already erupted without the baby teeth falling out. Also had some cavities filled. They staff was efficient and kind. I was nervous because my daughter was afraid, but we prepped her a couple days ahead by looking at photos online of kids wearing the nitrous oxide nose mask and how happy and smiling they were LOL. I also practiced nose breathing with her and explained to her about the hugging wrap before we arrived. So she knew what to expect. I was asked to wait in the waiting area but she was fine and staff would come out to give me progress reports. My daughter immediately received some nice goodies following the treatment and she was not upset. Overall a good experience and I feel confident in the skill and professionalism of this office! read more

I'm sad to have to give one star to this place. We have been coming for many years with the kids but we've always experienced some issues with the management of the office: we had appointments that either got cancelled without us knowing about it (so you go there and the door is closed) or more recently claims that have been submitted with incorrect information to my insurance (for which I'm still spending hours on the phone to try to get them to re-submit). Since they got acquired by Western Dental, they seem to become more and more corporate and less focused on each patient. I am not asking for the moon, just simple things such as proper appointment and claim process. That's all. read more
