I had my flex dropped off explaining clearly that it needs a water pump and that there's water in the engine. I was asking for that inspection to see if the heads were cracked. I told this on my original call, repeated this when I went into the shop. I received my inspection report It was Mr. Obvious telling me I need a turn signal bulb, shock absorbers, oil change, cabin filter and water pump. Nothing about what I asked for regarding water in the cases. The more I tried to get an answer on what it was that I requested the worse the conversation went. I brought my truck in because my rear passenger brakes sounded bad. I always took my truck to other places in the valley and was never happy with the outcome or service. I can't believe I've never tried this place before, I've driven past it a ton of times. I decided to give this place a try. I called and talked to Melissa, sweetest gal, I really like how everything becomes personal, from the moment they pick up the phone. They scheduled me for Thursday in which I had to reschedule for an earlier date which wasn't a problem. I came in, their lobby was clean, they greeted me and took my keys. A little while later they took my truck and did a full inspection, they checked out the problem I came in with and told me my rear brakes and rotors were bad. I got an estimate and a time frame. I could either wait or get a ride home. I decided to wait. Ordered Domino's down the street (they didn't mind) I hope it didn't make their lobby smell too bad. After everything was said and done I got the print out from the full inspection with photos. I am impressed with that. I know some places will try to nickel and dime you and tell you things are bad when they're not. They tell you the things that need to be done sooner and the things that can wait. Took my car in for an oil change that I basically needed ASAP (change engine oil message for a week and headed to Vegas) and they are within walking distance of my office. I think I phoned 3 different times and everyone was so pleasant. I didn't feel like I was bothering them or interrupting something more important. I loved the sign greeting you as you walk in "gluten free repairs"......lol I asked about vegan options, Melissa said they were coming next then we proceeded to have a whole conversation on vegan food.
