We spoke with Chris and Jack. Both seem very nice. We were told they have their mechanic go…read morethrough their vehicles. It is our fault for trusting. For not going to a mechanic. For believing in another small business such as we are. We purchased a car 3 days ago. There was a "noise" but we've never had low profile tires. Chris reassured us the vehicles are gone over by their mechanic and are good to go. The noise was just not right. Today we checked the tires. There are cords showing, rubber flapping and wires sticking out on the inside of the sidewalls, stopped by today to talk to them about it. They apologized, and said it won't happen again. Well NO it won't happen again, we can't trust you to buy from you again! Jack stated he didn't have time to really look at this one, that he had checked to make sure the tires weren't lose. He heard the road noise as well. Hind sight is 20/20 as they say. We should have put 2 and 2 together when the first car we drove had serious rear suspension issues. I asked what they were going to do to make it right. There is nothing I can do is the response we received. I'm VERY sad, that is surely not how we run our business.

I would not trust them at all and I would not trust their mechanic Nick they use. Two days after I drove my car off the lot in January the check engine light came on and I have had nothing but trouble since. Now I have a high car payment and am stuck with this vehicle that I have to keep dumping money into. I need a new engine and their "warranty" they sold me wont cover it when I was lead to believe something different. Now I am asking for receipts of work done on my car and the mechanic is refusing and the dealership is calling me a bully. This is just not right and I want everyone to know what they did!!!! After having the van for a couple of days I noticed a big oil leak under the engine. When I called Luis went over the issue and asked me to bring the van in. He immediately knew the issue as this is a common problem in the Chrysler/Dodge minivans, the oil filter housing (plastic from the factory) cracked, they replaced it with the upgraded aluminum housing and should not have any more issues with this. All of my interactions with Drive Happy have been exceptional, with great attitudes and great service. I would recommend this place to everyone, plus the prices are great! Kenny

The lady actually attempted to make the phone call about her and her feelings as opposed to Ruben and Lydia being defrauded for thousands of dollars including a $3,400 60 month 100,000 mile warranty. They came in less than a week later with problems and Robert told him oh it shifts like that normal don't worry about it there's no problem. Then they attempted to charge him to look at it how can you charge somebody to look at a vehicle when they've already purchased a $3,400 warranty. Keisha's a liar and a fraud. I would not recommend this business to anybody as long as there's people attempting to scam people on their vehicles and not do anything to try to help buyer beware
