Eric (the owner) told me that customers often bring in their vans to him after "at home" modifies went wrong so I assumed this was a good decision. After the install was complete and back home, we noticed the dents around the 1033 windows (both of them) and also could see that someone crawled on their knees on the roof (pictures below). The local dent shop was able to take the dents out of the sides and a few from the top but not all of them. After requesting from Eric a refund or filing a claim with his insurance he explained that Mercedes is very thin and did not apologize or even own that his employees made a mistake.
