Western Pest Control w-as able to get me an appointment within a week. They came and sprayed for general bugs inside and outside my home. We had encountered several spiders since moving into our new home but have not seen a single one since we had our home sprayed. They were reasonably priced and very professional. Very satisfied with the service. I love supporting family owned business and not the big Ol' companies that besides taking your $$$ often don't do a good job. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows. I've had two treatments done thus far, first one done by Michelle and the second one done by Kevin. My house was treated for roaches and with the first treatment they were all gone. Michelle took the time to answer all my questions. Although they were gone by the first treatment she explained that although it did kill live roaches it would not kill the egg roaches and it takes two weeks for them to hatch so it is best to do a follow up. The office was friendly. When the person who answered the phone wasn't sure, she had the owner / operator call me back personally. He was knowledgeable and friendly and eager to help. They were the only group I called that wasn't insistent on selling me a pest maintenance program and were willing to treat for a single pest, cicada killers. My experience with Western Pest Control has been great! Their pricing is competitive, and the service is excellent! The receptionist I spoke with was very friendly, so just scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I also received a couple reminder texts which was very helpful. Kevin is also very friendly and took the time to listen to my questions/concerns, and explained additional ways he saw that I could remedy the ant/spider situation I've been having (in addition to spraying, of course). In getting a quote for termites, Western Pest Control had much better pricing than some other pest control services I had called. I was told by another company that I "most definitely" had a termite situation, but Kevin was able to inspect and see that I truly didn't. That display of honesty in itself has made me a customer for life. Overall, I am most definitely going to use them again - and I highly recommend them! read more
