Since this is a rental house and we go through a property management company, we were not able to set foot on property while they were working. They tilted the fence back up in the one section that it was falling over, and other than that they did nothing. They left a big pile of trash for us to remove, and not to mention, THE GATE OF THE FENCE WONT EVEN SHUT NOW! I am so floored by the fact that we paid over $3000 to have two sections of a fence fixed, and because of the poor repair job, the fence now doesn't even shut. I really don't like giving small businesses poor ratings, but this was one of the worst jobs I have seen. ProFleet, you need to take better care of your customers.

Their negligence almost cost my family our lives. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB and the Better Business Bureau as well as the Oregon State Minor Label BCD. second update: pro plumb installed plastic concentric venting on a unit that requires metal concentric venting. They also cut the venting improperly. This is what caused the carbon monoxide. I had to have a second company come and completely redo their install, venting, gas lines, and replace the damaged unit which they installed. They still have not refunded me and continue to make up lies about me. ** installed a damaged unit, put my family at risk of carbon monoxide, left me without hot water for over a week ** They installed a rinnai tankless water heater less than six months ago. I repeatedly smelled gas and carbon monoxide and had issues with the water heater not putting out heat properly, and now it has started shaking violently. They said to call northwest natural. Northwest natural red tagged the unit for carbon monoxide leakage. 5 days later, Pro plumb came out to look at the unit, I was advised by pro plumb and by rinnai to contact a rinnai certified plumber to inspect the device. Jennifer told me the warranty would be long and that I would not have hot water, and that if i purchase another unit that they would install it for free. By now I have not had hot water for 6 days. The rinnai certified installer said that the gas line pro plumb was 1/2" instead of the required 3/4", the exhaust on the unit did not have an exhaust port, it only had an elbow which was causing carbon monoxide to enter the house. He also noticed that it was damaged and didn't look like a new unit. By now I have not had hot water for 8 days. When I contacted Jennifer at pro plumb she said the other plumber was just badmouthing them, and is very upset and angry with me that I would insinuate that there is a problem with their install, and insisted there was no damage on the hot water heater. When I asked her how the unit would be damaged on the rear of the unit facing the wall, she said she did not want to argue with me. She eventually hung up on me. I don't know when I will get hot water again, or when Pro Plumb will come out to fix the install.

I had my system diagnosed by two independent companies due to issues I had in the past with our…read morehome warranty company. A different company was assigned by our home warranty company. That company provided the same diagnosis as the other two independent companies that we had hired. The home warranty company did not like the estimate so they hired Air Comfort Oregon for a second opinion. I brought them up to speed on the diagnosis before they came out and they assured me that they had experience with the LG minisplit system we had. The owner had his son look at the head units and he told me they were leaking because the filters were dirty. This was not the case, but he cleaned them and did no further diagnosis and chose not to even double check the previous diagnosis to validate or invalidate the previous two companies diagnosis. I believe that they were only trying to appease First America Home Warranty to keep their contractor status with them. The head units are still continuing to leak.

The property management team is accessible and works hard to get requests taken care of promptly. They also are great about communicating when maintainence will take place around the property. We rented a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor, and it was spacious, quiet, and really felt like a home to us. Overall, I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes- big and small within the area, and Kinnaman Crossing was definitely unique in a good way. Even though the management team is offsite, we really felt safe, like they personally knew us, and the pricing was competitive for the area (and stayed that way as we continued to renew)!

When we first decided to install it, we had to check with our neighbor upstairs to assure her it would not be noisy. It can barely be heard.
