This room is laid out amazingly well and I could probably manage four people in wheelchairs with the space in here. It's such a relief to have a room with the proper amount of space to maneuver and turn around a large wheelchair anywhere we need to. The door opens into a large open area and you can pass through there in to the expansive bathroom. I'm not sure why they call these accessible tubs since there is not a way to get somebody who can't step in and out of it into there. I do wish it had a roll in shower. But the roll under sink and the amount of space around the toilet are wonderful. We were in room 420. There is even space beyond the beds by the window to get chairs back there and turn around or leave them there to charge for the night. From the bathroom, there is a noise that sounds like there is a helicopter overhead. I don't know if we are right under something on the roof perhaps. There are some noises in the other room overnight as well but not bad. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Their buffet breakfast is at the top of even the rest of the Holiday Inn express breakfasts. The lady taking care of things kept everything well-stocked, the food was fresh and delicious, and she was keeping everything very clean.

There was plenty of parking. They had a breakfast offering with waffles with all the toppings. Also, pre-made omelets, sausage and potatoes. There were muffins, scones, bananas and apples, cereal, grits, milk and coffee. The check-out was easy. I recommend this hotel.

The shower gets warm but not hot. Was told this is due to the way the shower was installed and they need someone to fix the renovations. There has been other thing also. Ice is only on the second floor but let's face it, I'm sure you could use the steps. (Like health wise... elevator works fine). Venting machine on the first floor for all your usual overpriced last minutes impulse snack needs like all hotels. I had a room with a jacuzzi tub that yes was dated and warm. Tub is warm & HUGE! I could fit me and 3 of my favorite Guns & Roses band members in it. I didn't try the jets but it rocked all the same. I needed to make a few modifications to my room for my service K9 and they were super helpf! If you value staff experience over newest and fanciest, this is for you. Tell them Jane sent you.

Didn't arrive until early Friday morning (1am) charged him for Thursday, slept a night, left and came back all to find a bed bug. They refused to give him his money back for wrongly charging him. Took ONLY 20 minutes to find someone the second time. NO hot water to take a shower, and when complained toilet seat is falling off was told; you just have to tighten the bolts! So much for giving your credit card number to pay in advance. The pictures on their website had to be in one of the best rooms. But as said in other reviews; but their nice. The cleaning lady worked her heart out and really tried hard, but as the only person there when Mr Patel was gone she's overwhelmed.
