My mom had a good experience here about a week ago so I thought I would try it out. I won't be back. I left $83 poorer then I came in (which was for a pedicure, gel manicure and brow wax). I was pampering myself which I RARELY do, so I got an upgraded pedicure that was supposed to come with several fancy extras and promised to leave your feet feeling refreshed for hours, the only difference between what I received and the base pedicure was a longer massage and $17! After I left I looked at my eyebrows and there are still hairs where there shouldn't be. I was only in the shop for 30 minutes, they rushed me in and out, my relaxation was definitely not their concern. Now I do not feel pampered and I have a guilty conscience for spending all that money. So frustrating! read more

The worst costumer service the nail techs are rude and refill cost me 40$ . Great nail work. But VERY VERG POOR COSTUMER SERVICE ! Walked in right as it opened and asked to get 5 pedicures for my daughters birthday and her friends and they asked if I made appts and I said no didn't know I needed to. They said they were busy (2 customers in the chairs) and left it at that and so we ended up leaving. They didn't even try to accommodate us (maybe see 2 at a time or something). I went in for Dip powder nails. My nail tech didn't fully paint my nails, there were many missed spots. The clear top coat began to peel the very next day. The tech also used the very last sticky drop of top coat on my nails, which should have been a red flag. She seemed very rushed, it was 10:00am I was the first customer... anyway won't be back. It was a hour before the place had to close and I walked into a Nice, clean, and seem to me not Very busy atmosphere! I had noticed a few getting pedicures and nails done! A lady with a big smile on her face seem to be nice greeted me at the checkout counter and ask how can she help me I replied hi I would like a fill-in then she starting talking in her language with another employee back and forth and said no you're too late but I've gotten them done before elsewhere within a hour, once again I got a rude response that no we close at 7:00 p.m. so, okay I get it because there's several places I've been before knowing it takes time but it doesn't take an hour! So, for her rude response.. and she never Once asked or justify as what kind, how do you want your nails shape, or design any extra stuff ect . I'm very simple and I never get extra I always get regular short box nails the gel...a regular fill-in so in and out it wouldn't even took me the whole hour for her to do my nails so now I'm angry and I felt some type of way because time I would try to find a different nail shop it definitely would be too late take me, it's raining, and my hubby was at a store around the corner... so I felt the customer service there was very rude and very poor not trying to meet the customers needs. I would never recommend that because to me if you can't even satisfy and communicate to your customers what would make me go back and think how your service is at this point? This place always does an excellent job! The people are so sweet and great at what they do. My gel manicures last the longest when they are done here! I don't know what they do differently but the polish seems to stay on longer without chipping or peeling off. This has become my go to nail place. read more

This place was terrible. The man rushed my acrylic set which I don't mind only if there done right but sadly they weren't. The man kept tapping my hand and it feels like he couldn't get a good position on my hands telling me to relax and I was perfectly relaxed. 10 mins in I was getting annoyed he kept taping and say relax kept trying to bend my fingers back it was annoying anyways he did my nails and my middle finger is hideous it's way shorter and rounder then my other middle finger. Westgate Entertainment Center has a hidden gem. I was in need of a mani/pedi, so I stopped by since it was walking distance from the hotel I was staying in. Extremely happy that I did! Everyone was so nice & especially Janet who did both my mani & pedi. She did a great job & she also when as far as to make me a delicious cup of Vietnamese iced coffee at no extra charge (it was yummy!), so I made sure to give her a little extra when I tipped her. I highly recommend this nail shop. I will most definitely come back when I return next year for Dodgers Spring Training. read more

At first, I really loved the service I was receiving. My tech was pretty gentle with my nails which is exactly what I was looking for but he left quite a bit of room between the powder and the cuticle so five days in and it already looks two weeks old (keep in mind SNS is supposed to last 3-4 weeks) Also, one of my nails became ruined so another tech just painted over it again and two days ago, the seal chipped off which is letting water into the manicure which ruins it. Daniel is an amazing tech but be precise about what you want and how you want it, otherwise, you'll leave with slightly thick SNS and a manicure that'll looked two weeks old in just a few days. read more

This place is awesome! I come here with my daughter to get some daddy daughter time. They hook it up all the time. The level of professionalism is superb. My legs feel like they are floating in a rainbow with fluffy marshmallow clouds surrounded by prancing unicorns. I would recommend this spot to anyone. I love this place the first time i went 3 weeks ago Now today I wasn't loving them. Myself and my daughter went to have our nails and pedicures done. Their was an older lady who was given them direction telling them to tell the customer 35 mins to start our service. Another lady came in with her mother and she asked do you have an appointment i said no! we are walk in's too. Third lady came in no appointment . They took the other lady's and skipped over my daughter then took the other young lady and continued to skip my daughter. I told the gentleman who said something and said these are appointments i advise you are mistaken these people came in after us and my daughter is still being skipped over and ignored 3 times. They just looked at us and kept working speaking their language among their self which is very rude. After he finished my fills and he was walking me over for pedicure he was told to tell me I have to wait another 35 mins to get my toes done. It took everything in my heart not to go off on these people... First off why are we signing into the booklet if your not going to go by it? What type of business are these people running? This isn't customer service and my family of 4 will not return due to bad service... To the owners before you take a trip make sure you have plenty of coverage before you up and leave your business to some unprofessional staff.... read more

Great nail salon a little pricey in my opinion compared to the other nail salons in the area.

Very unimpressed. Showed up, no one said a word to me. Finally a woman walked up and pointed to a chair. She clipped the crap out of my cuticles, making me bleed, and then proceeded to buff the living hell out of my nails and cut up my skin with the edge of the buffing block thing. I picked a color and she brought over a completely different color. I asked to look again, chose a different color and the color she brought out was once again the wrong color. Just decided to go with that color because I no longer cared at that point. Finished up my gel nails, took a look and saw that nail polish was smeared all over my skin. She then rubbed in some lotion on my hands and arms and during this time she pulled so hard on my fingers that they were cracking. This was the worst mani experience I've ever had. I'm honestly not one to take things public I like to keep things private but I feel like this is important for customers who are looking into going to this place. Im Seriously so dissatisfied. I went to this salon because a friend recommended it. I went there and the wait was not long so that was good. I picked out 2 different nail colors because they didn't have the one I wanted, it ok not a big deal. I got a pedicure and a full set. When I got my pedicure I asked the lady how much for gel pedicure with basic pedicure package which is $25 and she said $40 to me it seemed a bit high most places is $35. I said $40 seemed like a lot so I went for regular polish. Then a couple minutes later a girl sits next to me. She got the same package and the lady was trying to convince her to do gel. She asked how much and she said $30. So I looked at her and looked at my nail lady she looked at me and just put her head down. So to me that was a big sign she was lying... she did my full set and left lint and air bubbles in my nail. I didn't complain because it doesn't bother me it is what it is. I left the place and today I left a review through a text they sent out and I just received a call from Liam. He tried to tell me what their price was and kept doubting my story. Saying if I even listen to the conversation between the girls right.... Um yes I did because I felt like $40 was high. So yes I did listen in. It's so unprofessional to not let people speak over the phone and to doubt what YOUR customer is saying is plain rude. You lost a good customer. I would avoid this place what they did was not right if you say your prices are "all the same" then why don't your nail techs "all say the same". Also Liam said we charge $15 for gel that's funny because on your website and on the handouts it says $10 additional for gel. So I don't think you all charge the same. Nice try. I really wanted to like this place.. The staff is all very friendly and this doesn't have anything to do with that. I came in here one day because I had got my nails done somewhere the day before and they were horrible so I came here the next day and they redid my nails right away ( I have a full set with gel polish ) I was very pleased with the service and how my nails turned out so I came back when I needed I fill, everything went great at the appointment but like 4 days into my nails the polish was just peeling off, so I go in to get it fixed and they did it for free. But what happens that very day? The same nail along with like 3 others chips off. So I go back and they fix them again for free. But yet again, they chip and peel all off. I now have found a new nail salon and no chipping or peeling with these ones. So I don't know what the deal is with their polish, I get gel so they won't chip/ peel and I get the very opposite. This isn't to rate the staff or the environment because those aspects are awesome. But I don't think I will return because of the polish issue, it's so irritating to have to keep going in for "touch ups". I rather spend my money somewhere where I get what I pay for. read more

Was offered the sns manicure, went home washed dishes and it all came off. Came back, nobody apologized or gave me my money back. They just simply took off the polish and said nothing else. The only reason why I went to this nail shop is because it's down the street from where I am staying. Looking at the reviews they seemed like a pretty good shop. WRONG! The guy is so rude! I had ask for a full set coffin set and it was horrible. the shape was crocked, one side would be straight and the other side was angled and It looked like they where going side ways. While he was cleaning up the nail... Smoothing it down ...he kept burning my skin/cuticles. He said it's because my cuticles are deep.... WTF! When he asked me if I liked the shape I was honest and I said no... I was willing to pay for my incomplete service and just leave but he starts yelling at me and saying I don't know what I want and starts being loud and really rude and instead of just walkin away and letting someone else complete/fix/charge me he comes back and still insists in arguin with me. If you go get your nails done here AVOID THE GUY unless you like your nails to look all F**KED UP. read more

The worker then comes up to me and says she can't do my nails because she has someone else she needs to get done (who I'm assuming was a regular customer) and to come back in a couple hours. I would not recommend this salon. I was very dissapointed. I told the girl doing my pedicure that I am diabetic and to be very careful doing my feet. She cut me three times resulting in six visits to my doctor and two rounds of antibiotics. If you are looking for a decently priced classy nail spa do not come here. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. Upon walking through the door you are attacked with rude unprofessional questions of them demanding what you want. I went to remove my gel nails and get a regular polished manicure which they were pushy in trying to get me to do gel nails again. Once I firmly said no they rushed me to hurry and find a polish for a regular manicure. When they removed my gel nails they ripped them from my finger nail bed which hurt so bad quickly cut my nails without asking what shape I would like them as well as left stray little nails around the nail bed quickly and slapped on 2 layers of paint and kicked me out of the salon. Very rude classless people that charged me $10 dollars to remove my gel nails. Very unprofessional and very very rude. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! -Angry customer. read more

Terrible experience. My nails were not only the color I didn't want but the shape of my nails were no where near what I asked for. I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. Some nails are longer than the others, not painted to my nail bed and you can tell they completely rushed. Then when it was time to pay they over charged me for the nails . They should have been only $30 as it was listed on their price sheet and they charged me $38? Will never go here again read more

I've been to this place about 4 times because it's convenient and very close to home... But my last time will be the last... The nails don't last very long and break so easy!!! My mom has had the same experience...For the amount they charge it's not worth it to me! I would rather put in the extra miles. And every time I'm there someone ALWAYS comes in saying they were just there the day before and a nail broke...
