From the moment I walked into Westheimer Lakes Dental, I knew this experience would be different. Dr. Meju is absolutely the best. I'm older and have been to many dental offices over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most compassionate and professional experiences I've ever had. I needed an extraction, and everyone treated me with genuine kindness. The receptionist welcomed me with a warm smile, the dental assistant made me feel comfortable, the hygienist (Z) was wonderful, and Dr. Meju put me completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. Because I was so nervous, they even checked my blood pressure afterward to make sure I was doing okay. That level of care and concern meant so much to me. Before finding this office, I visited several other dentists who either seemed more interested in charging for unnecessary procedures or recommending treatments I didn't need at the time. Dr. Meju took the time to understand my specific situation, explained my options honestly, and worked with me to provide the care I actually needed. A few months ago, I was looking for a new dentist, and it was not an easy decision to make. I wanted a local practice with convenient hours and, most importantly, a dentist I could build a long-term relationship with instead of an impersonal corporate chain. I'm glad I found Dr. Pham at Westheimer Dentist. From my first call, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Even though I was a new patient, they were able to fit me in to address a pressing issue from a previous procedure that couldn't wait any longer. Dr. Pham and the staff really took the time to listen and understand my concerns, and right away I knew I had found a place I could trust. I've continued going there for all of my dental care since. Now that I'm a regular patient, they're already very familiar with my teeth and my history, which makes every visit feel well-coordinated, efficient, and natural. I love Dr. Jennifer Pham, she's that dentist you really never want to go see, but she is really good for your teeth. If she isn't available, then I will see Dr. Nguyen, but most of the time,it's Dr. Pham. She treats you like family and really cares about your teeth. I've been going to her for over 10 years now and I can say that my dental care is so much greater than it has ever been. On yesterday I was in pain from losing a filling a while in Costa Rica on VACATION Dr.Pham took a Xray I needed to have a Root Canal Bu Crown Dr.Pham and her staff were very helpful but with it BEING the end of the Year Dr.Pham was booked with OTHERS patients but she took the time to WORK me in. I would not recommend coming here. Not treated well at all. I was supposed to receive a return call to set an appointment after they'd spoken with my insurance. Never receive a return call when I called to follow up I was told I'd have to wait a month to know if insurance would cover any cost. read more

Walked out of this establishment. After I checked in and gave my insurance info, I said I would have my recent X-rays sent from my previous dentist. They would not perform a simple cleaning without new X-rays. Guessing they just want to charge my insurance for extra services. No thanks!!! read more

After having undergone a horrible extraction by my previous dentist, I came here hoping for a better experience and I definitely got it. I needed to get my final wisdom tooth extracted (upper left molar) and it only took about a total of 5 minutes after the local anesthesia was injected. Dr. Lim is very skilled at what she does and did an exceptional job at thoroughly explaining what she was doing during each step of the procedure. I had no pain nor complications & actually didn't even know when she pulled the tooth out! The staff is also nice & helpful and the clinic is kept very clean. I highly recommend this place because Dr. Pham & Dr. Lim are both great dentists who are warm & welcoming. read more

I have a deep seeded fear of Dentists due to past bad experiences. My wife new if she picked an Asian dentist I would follow through with actually going. I did. This was 5 years ago. I am happy to offer a top rating. They are fast. Courteous. Friendly. I feel comfortable even when I had some major dental work done. Ever since, my teeth are in best shape ever plus now whiter than ever due to treatment I recently added to my routine. I was giving a list of 20 Dr's to pick from and after reading so many wonderful reviews about Dr. Pham and her staff, I decided to book an appointment. I'm so big on customer service and Dr. Pham office passed the test. Dr. Pham prices were very reasonable and her work is incredible!! Before I went to Dr. Pham's office, I called to check if she could perform an exam on my 4-year old. The answer was, "Yes, Dr. Pham sees children also." After the oral exam and cleaning my 4-year old's teeth, Dr. Pham proceeded to tell me that my child needed a cavity worked on, and she gave me a list of dentists in the area who could do the work on children. At this point, I told Dr. Pham that I called before my visit to check if she did work on kids, and was told, "Yes." However, Dr. Pham continued by telling me that she doesn't do that kind of work on children. I now felt disgusted that I had just used up my child's dental benefit for the year for the dentist to tell me she only takes xrays and brushes children's teeth (with a toothbrush), but does nothing else. I would never recommend this dentist because I don't feel she was forthright or honest, but would rather use up expensive dental benefits for quick cleanings (paid by my dental insurance $120 for less than 10 minutes of work) without providing the services or work needed to treat routine dental problems in children. read more

Dr. Pham and her staff are exceptional and are the most skilled, friendly, and caring team I ever known and would highly recommend to anyone searching for the best dental care. I've seen the same staff throughout the years and that tells you that the staff are treated well and are highly experienced. Not only do they provide exceptional service, this office is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Each room has its own TV incase you get bored or if you just don't want to listen to the drill. I had her service with this dentist, but she had no experience at all, especially, doing root canal and crown for your teeth. She's also charged too much for the price to your insurance or someone without insurance than other dentist. Her personality was very cruel, get high tempered easily, and a dishonest person. All she did is trying to collect your money and your insurance money without a good result and quality. I stopped coming here and sharing it with all my friends and family on Facebook and Twitter. If there was a zero star rating, I would give this place that. I've read many reviews, but I was not quite sure about the reviews, so I went ahead to schedule an appointment to do the root canal and crown for my teeth. Dr. Pham seemed all right at first, she told me that she's going to give me a special discount, pay a small amount out of my pocket with my insurance. I thought that was nice of her and went ahead let her works on my teeth, but it was turned out a nightmare with all the works she done. I had her next appointment that I told Dr. Pham to correct the problems, but she refused to do it. I called the insurance to explain about it and got shock knowing my insurance balance was about to max out, she claimed the maximum to my insurance. Dr. Jennifer Pham was inexperienced dentist, unprofessional, a very rude person and also a cheater. No wonder why all the patients don't want to return after their first visit. I hope this will help whoever don't know about Dr. Pham. read more
