Of course, that's part of how they keep the prices low. For those not familiar, Harbor Freight sells all sorts of tools and such equipment from various countries, usually starting with China then going down the price scale. However, the power tools are of poor quality. They're good for a few uses, but not much. Hand tools, however, are hand tools. Compared to others, this one is a bit bigger. In the back, they have the carts set up to look at, which was the main reason I came in. The narrow aisles and crowded setup is still there, just a lot more items to use up the extra space though. The smell of grease still permeates though the store. Overall, this might be the fanciest Harbor Freight around, although it is still Harbor Freight. And if you do shop here, make sure you have a 20% off coupon and the coupon for a free flashlight.

I purchased several light fixtures from them, only to later find the exact same lights at Home Depot for one-third of the price. On top of that, about ten of the fixtures were missing a small bolt/nut that holds the shade in place. This makes changing a bulb extremely difficult. Only one fixture included the correct part, which is how I even realized the rest were missing. I searched every hardware store in town for this tiny 15-cent nut--no one carries it. When I contacted Wilson, they told me to reach out to Maxim, the manufacturer. Maxim then told me to contact Wilson because they were responsible for making it right. In the end, I was told I'd have to pay $10 per light fixture for each tiny nut--something that should cost pennies and should have been included in the first place. This is unacceptable customer service. After paying hundreds of dollars for fixtures, the least they could do is provide the missing parts. You would think a lighting store would carry basic hardware for the products they sell. Instead, for what they want to charge me for a few tiny nuts, I could buy several brand-new lights. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this place at all

When we tried to eat it, the sense of salt or actual excessive saltiness made it inedible. We even tried to doctor it with extra milk and fresh herbs and it was inedible to both of us. And it was fairly expensive. We tried to return it as unusable and would have been happy with another food replacement of similar value but the employees said food was "never" returnable. They did not even offer or want to look up our account after I told them we had a membership to verify that we are not scammers but actually really good customers. So I left it there and told them to report our experience to management ... and I will NEVER buy a food product from them again if they will not stand behind the quality of their products. Ultra Spec 500 is definitely the best for walls. Regal and Aura are overpriced and tend to drip to due paint viscosity, so I wouldn't use these lines unless you plan on having your home professionally painted. Advance tends to drip as well, so you will need to practice if you plan on using it yourself. Otherwise, I would recommend hiring a professional painter to apply Advance. There seems to be some pricing discrepancies each time I buy in the store. Sometimes they will apply a painter's discount and other times will charge me full price. I have addressed the problem with the store manager on a couple of occasions. My only real complaint is they tend to ignore customers in the store unless they are professional painters. Of course, they make more money on these customers, but they should at least acknowledge a customer when he or she comes in and say how long it will be before they help them. I saw one woman sitting at a table for over 20 minutes without help. Not acceptable. I have gotten to the point that I just write my order down, place it on the counter, and then go to Einstein Bagels to get something to eat. By the time I come back, my order is typically ready.
