I would estimate there were 3-4 dozen people in line the entire length of the store and then snaking along the back wall. Then the GF cafe seating area reassembled a Costco food court, not a seat to be found. The line to the GF Cafe/Deli counter also had about 2 dozen people waiting. Totally blocking the isle of GF products on the shelves.

First impression.. unlike the old location,there's plenty of parking .. and the neighboring businesses are closed on Saturdays so there's even more available. Second impression.. when you walk in , unlike the old place , it doesn't have that butcher smell .. though I love that smell. It's a lot roomier and everything is spaced out to walk by . They have a good variety in the freezers and even some BBQs for sale . The butcher counter has a lot to offer and everything on display looked great . They even have a dry aging cabinet so you can see the aging process. They also have a coffee bar and a few tables to enjoy some coffee and a snack . Everything was reasonably priced . And the store looks so much better . It's a new look but the products and service remains the same .

The shop offers many meat cuts, prepared foods and different meat related products such as spice blends and sauces. The shop is like a candy store, there are so many products available - so many I wanted to buy and try at home. I have bought blue ribbon Alberta steak, with prepared gyoza a bottle spice rub (the Darkside of the Grill Mel Toro Big Beef Rub), carrots and potatoes. The beef rub spice blend was amazing and added great taste to the steak, which itself was amazingly tasty. The carrots and potatoes (which were respectively honey glazed and duck fat flavoured), were also very good and were very tasty sides. Ribeye butcher shop also offers delicious meat pies, sausages and cheeses (just to name a few items of the products sold at the store) are greasy as well. Many frozen food items are offered and great to have at home for future meals. The Ribeye locations are very nice to visit - they are very clean, nicely decorated and have a great display of specialized foods. The staff was very great as well - very knowledgeable and professional, and ready to help with any questions customers have concerning their products. Finally, the Ribeye Butcher Shop is a great specialized butcher shop with many fresh, frozen and prepared foods readily available to make a good meal at home.

The meals are worth every penny, delicious, fresh and an incredible deal. I ordered the bbq ribs and they were so tender and juicy. One slab was slightly overcooked but for the most part they were amazing. We liked our fingers with every bite. The meals are easily good for 3-4 people. For $24 we got 2 slabs of ribs, hot potatoe salad loaded with bacon and a gigantic portion of coleslaw. At any restaurant it easily would of cost $60 plus dollars. On weekends they smoke some brisket or Montreal smoked meats and I definetly want to try them.
