I walked in on a guy yelling profanities at two female employees. He immediately stopped and greeted me when I walked in as if nothing happened. The girls looked embarrassed. He says "Hi, I'm Jimmy. Jimmy Long. I'm the owner. Welcome. This guy was a complete narcissistic jackass. The girl gave me a quick tour and showed me a couple storage units but I was not impressed. The units are made of plywood and they say it's climate controlled but they're not. All they have are a bunch of fans blowing dust and spider webs around everywhere. You also can't go to your unit when you want. They keep your key and they need to let you in every time you visit your unit during business hours only. They also have strange hours. They close at 5 during the week, 1 or 2 on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Honestly, I just went to another storage facility because this place is like the TEMU of storage facilities. You can do much better.

She was great to work with. Two things: 1.) I found a larger storage unit close to their home for $200 a month less. The new place is really well lit, and has lots of cameras. 2.) prime had a gate that is clearly not secure and open. I think that is something they need to fix asap. There was a young girl with dark hair, that we told about it and after being there daily for 7 days to empty the unit the gate is still open.

I called the manager and she adjusted the rate to $96. That is still a 31% increase. The same huge increase was applied to another unit I have.
