In addition to fixing my car, it was completely cleaned inside and out, hasn't been this clean since I bought it! They walked me through everything, and assured that if there were any issues with parts of the car that were repaired, they'd fix it for no cost. Also, they say if you leave a review on Google, you can receive a complimentary car wash in the future, but I decided to leave one on Yelp too! Obviously nobody ever wants to have their car in the shop, but it's nice knowing the Tri-Cities has a place where you'll receive great customer service if you do need a repair.

I showed up and spoke to the same person I spoke to on the phone, turns out that was the owner. He gave me an estimate and time frame that I was happy with. He also assured me that he'd be able to "work magic " , I thought it was a little funny he phrased it like that. After the repair was completed in a very timely manner I can verify the "magic" was done. He took the time afterwards to talk to me about proper paint maintenance for my Mazda, something the dealer didn't do. This is the body shop I will call first whenever I need anything done.
