Location is centrally located with lots of easily accessible parking! Store is well stocked with lots of options. The staff were so nice and so quick to help me with what I needed and help me find additional products based on my individual cat's health limitations. They not only had the fresh frozen raw goat milk in the freezer, but also single serve packets where you add warm water to the powdered form. Even though my cat didn't like the goat milk, so nice to know it's available in our area! Pricing was more affordable than I thought as well. Staff also helped with finding the right bone broth and made other suggestions as well for other items I purchased as well. Staff was so helpful. So glad I found this little hidden gem in Loveland! Since it was my first time in store, they even gave me a free goodie bag to take home as a thank you gift!!! How sweet is that! It came with a coupon for my next return trip, a cat toy, some wet & dry food samples & a cat treat !! My cat loves everything. Let's support this little local gem!! I will definitely be back to use their coupon.

I stopped in on Saturday, Dec. 13 to pick up an online order, only to find that this location didn't stock the two-gallon jug of motor oil I had ordered due to a web-order glitch. What stood out was how hard the staff worked to sort it out. Erin, the store manager, Kyle from the auto section, and several other associates all jumped in and genuinely tried to help. The nice blonde "roamer" as well as the young lady in the Chicago Bears at the front were great! In the end, Erin suggested canceling the order and purchasing it at the Broomfield location, which I did. Even so, the Loveland staff went out of their way to assist. Great customer service and excellent value overall.

This place has been on my radar for quite sometime. There are two locations in Loveland and I opted…read morefor the one on East Eisenhower Blvd. The parking lot is huge and there are plenty of spots. Upon entering, I was amazed at how large the store was on the inside. They have everything from camping gear, winter gear, farming supplies, even home decor. My roommate and I were browsing and even found some camping accessories we've been wanting. This place reminds me of a rural version of Scheels. My friend and I were also on the hunt for a propane tank. When we found an employee who we thought would help us, we were passed on. Then when we finally got someone to help us, she lost interest and said she would be back and never returned. Needless to say we left empty handed on the propane. Next up, checking out. I felt that I was interrupting the woman who was checking us out by asking her help with the process. At some point she tried to make us go to the opposite end of the store to check out. It's a shame customer service here is lackluster. The store is pretty neat, but the employees leave much to the imagination. I don't believe I will be back anytime soon.

So today is Sunday 24th of May. I just went to the tractor supply company on N. Garfield Ave. in…read moreLoveland just about 15 minutes ago I'm 67 years old. two weeks ago. I bought a three wheel electric bike. I wasn't sure how far I could go. I'm just learning how to use it. I was on the bike trail coming from Fort Collins and I ran out of charge. I had to pedal it quite a way and it was excruciatingly hard. I wanted to go into tractor supply company to do some shopping and pulled into the parking lot. I saw a plug outside of the building. I parked near one and locked my bike. I went inside a young man was vacuuming the entryway. I asked him could I please plug in my electric bike. I told him there was locks on the outside plugs and asked if I could speak to a manager.A woman named Alex or something with an A who said she was the manager there that day told me to leave and that she could not help me with charging my bike. I told her I was 67 and on DISABILITY I went back out to the parking lot and tried to back up my bike. I could not do it because I had just purchased a trailer for my 2little puppies. I struggled for quite awhile she came out and was yelling and screaming at me saying she was going to callthe police. I attempted numerous times back the bike up, but I could not. I was crying and sobbing because I was so scared and DISTRAUGHT. There was 2 women in their car and I asked them to stay as witnesses as this woman is kept screaming at me as I was SHAKING and I am so distraught and disappointed in this company how dare you treat a woman like that. 67-year-old this is outrageous. I will scream from the mountain tops. I will take business away from you. This woman needs to be fired. I am going to report you to in every different organization that I can. I will bring the house down on this woman. This was unacceptable. How dare she. I hope her grandmother's proud of her. How dare she treat a senior CITIZEN like this? I'm very distraught still!!! I went to the just a couple blocks away. And they let me plug my electric bike in. As she was screaming at me that I was stealing their electricity. I hadn't even plugged my bike in. -10 stars!!! so I pushed my three wheel bike with the Puppy trailer, which probably weighs over 100 pounds a couple of parking lots away and the 711 gentleman was very kind. He allowed me to charge my bike. Police gave me a trespass ticket. WHEN she left she drove by me at the 7 eleven inher pick up truck and SCREAMED OUT window. "I hope you're enjoying that electric bike BITCH". This woman needs to be fired. This is so OUTRAGEOUS. TRACTORsupply company WAS SUEDand they had to pay $750,000 because they treated an employee who was disabled and she sued them so this is an ongoing challenge for this company. They better wake up. I will spread this news. I will protest out in front of your store on the sidewalk of course the public sidewalk. This will not go un punished. She needs to be fired and you need to revamp your DISABILITY senior citizen policy. Should have some charging stations outside of your stores for people who want to come and shop with their electric bikes more and more people are using electric bikes. This was outrageous the way I was treated today. She needs to be arrested. I am going to report her to get her fired. I will get her arrested. I will shout from the Mountain tops. . I'm still crying. It's like an hour later and I'm still upset like this woman made me SOB and cry. She was so cruel. This is outrageous and unacceptable. TSC WAS sued for $750,000. For MISTREATING a woman WHO WAS DISABLED This seems to be the way this company operates. Boycott this company. I will be doing everything I will do everything to bring ATTENTION to this matter. This is so unacceptable. This woman better be fired ASAP. Oh, and when she got off work, she came around to the 711 which she saw me push my bike because I couldn't even ride it because it had no charge and it was so heavy. I couldn't even pedal it. She saw where I was. She called the police. I got ticketed and trespassed for six months. She then when she got off work, she came around to the in her old Ford beat up pick up truck with the window down and yelled out How's that electric bike working for you bitch? I am home now and I'm still like I have stress from this whole thing. BOYCOTT!!!, the store.. I will not stop before until I get satisfaction with this issue like literally I won't stop. I will protest. I will tell everybody that I meet. I will tell every electric bike person that I see at the different bike shops. I will tell everybody everywhere I go. You will lose business.!!! -10 stars
