I called on a Monday to make a large order for our construction crew, explaining we had labor laws to contend with so I needed my order by 11:15am. When told they didn't open until 11:30am, I said I would order from another pizza place. They said they would come in early to make our order. I called the next day and confirmed with the manager. I showed up on Wednesday and no one ever came to work. They were closed all day. They had my phone number and could have called me to tell me they would not be able to make my order but they did not. Luckily Ferrali's Pizza near by saved the day. I had to call to get a refund on Thursday. No clue if their pizza is any good, but their customer service is terrible. No apology. The restaurant is big enough for a family dinner night out or a friend hangout spot. The employees were nice and welcoming. Decent customer services. Pizza quality would be a 2/5 stars. The pizza is definitely Westside pizza, but the toppings were not as roasting as a regular pizza. The toppings were underneath the cheese, great way to not have falling over toppings, but that means the toppings would be not as toasted: bell pepper, jalapeños, and mushroom. Super bummed since my experience at WestSide has always been good. It was my friend's first try with WestSide and he wanted Calzone. Always a good choice unless you ask for double marina sauce cups and get no marinara. Lots of cheese, minimal pepperoni with zero sauce. Used to get a comp cup with order and as per order call sounded like that was still part of the order. Love their sauce so ordered an extra. I placed a carry out order this evening. Very simple....veggie pizza and two dinner salads. I arrived 25 minutes later and there was quite a bit of confusion behind the counter. I paid and the young woman looked all around and finally said my pizza was in the oven. No problem. 15 minutes later, no pizza, and a different worker couldn't find the pizza. I'm not sure if they lost the order and remade it, but after more confusion and searching I was given a pizza that had been on the shelf for awhile. (And she tried to charge me again) Total wait was almost an hour. We went to the park and discovered we had a sausage and veggie pizza. My wife is a vegetarian and noticed it immediately. We went back to the store for a refund because we didn't want to wait another 30+ minutes. The worker behind the counter said she couldn't authorize a refund. Only the manager or assistant manager could do that and they'll be in tomorrow and the next day. I normally don't give negative reviews, and probably would not have reviewed this place if I'd left with my money back. Everyone makes mistakes. Not having someone working who is authorized to give a refund is unacceptable. Not sure if they have good pizza but we won't be back. Being my first time I found the online ordering on the website to be very helpful for a local place, good thing too because when we called to order the gal who answered wasn't familiar with the specials posted on the website. Got that all worked out and was quoted 20 minutes. When I arrived, my order was ready right on time, the interior was clean and much larger than expected and the service was excellent. Guys - this pizza was fantastic! I'm a huge fan of pan pizza at Pizza Hut but it's always too greasy and I always regret it. I wanted to take the family somewhere new to broaden their horizons during my last outing in Bremerton and this place fit the bill since we were craving pizza. It's hard to miss, but easy to do so at the same time. Look for a big black building off of Sylvan and Wheaton next to a teriyaki spot. We came on a Sunday evening and we were the only people in the restaurant. We grabbed some menus selected a seat and began making some crucial eating decisions. Based on the Yelp app, everyone said that we had to have the cheese sticks, so we obliged. When it came out, it was like a mini cheese pizza with edges perfectly crispy. It came with some marinara for dipping, but you really didn't need it. For the price, someone could totally come and just order one of these and eat it as a meal. For a small surcharge, you can even add a topping - just a note for those budget conscious individuals! For pizza, we had two. One with pepperoni and sausage, the other with Canadian bacon and mushroom. Out of the choices, the meaty version won my heart. There was a good topping to cheese ratio, and again, that crust was nice, crispy and super buttery. Almost like deep dish, but not quite. The bacon and mushroom was okay, but definitely not my favorite. I think it could have used more sauce to balance out the thick cheese. It wasn't bad, but just wasn't for me. Mom and grandma loved it, so as long as they were happy with their choices, then all was well in the world. For a family of four to stuff themselves silly and get soft drinks, the bill was around $35 with tip. Not too shabby and now they have a new spot to hit up in their neighborhood. There were quite a few delivery drivers working, so I'm thinking a majority of the nearby residents order out instead of dining in! My wife and I were visiting the West side from Spokane and had a craving for pizza (as we frequently do). We saw this place as we were heading to catch a drive-in movie. First, let me say this; the pizza itself was pretty decent. It was no Flying Goat or gourmet style pizza. We just got a pepperoni and their stuffed bread sticks, which were amazing. Frazzled staff doesn't seem to like their job; they should learn to hide that and just fake being happy when another customer wants a damned pizza (or get different jobs; life's too short to work all day at something that makes you feel poopy. I thought thin-crust pizzas were now a "thing" but they couldn't make me one. The veggie pizza was therefore bready and heavy on the stomach. Not that the crust was bad, it was actually quite tasty as bread goes. Certainly it's as good as your best frozen pizza even if not good enough for freshly made. Pretty standard place, though, if you always like a "regular" pizza, never disappointed by a mediocre one, then you won't notice this is only so-so, and if it's close by make it your go-to place.
