When booking, I specifically explained that I did not want our group seated in the back of the restaurant. The employee helping us was very kind and offered us the patio instead, which we happily agreed to. Unfortunately, the evening before the event, the manager called and canceled the patio reservation, moving us to the back section instead. What made the situation frustrating was not just the last-minute change, but the lack of professionalism in handling it. There was no apology offered despite the reservation already being confirmed. Her communication felt dismissive and confrontational. But she eventually agreed to atleast seat us towards the center or the restaraunt. We were also told the patio was unavailable because of a separate event, yet on that day, the patio still had several open tables during our reservation time. The food here is good. But communication, professionalism, and customer service was signifanctly lacking. Had there been clearer communication, accountability, or even a simple apology somewhere in this process, the experience would have felt very different.
