The 2 stars were for the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. We ordered Salads Pastas Pizzas Pizzas - grand cheese , grand west side and grand death by pizza. Loaded with cheese and toppings, but lacked in flavor snd sauce. The pizza was dry and cooled off fast. Because there was no sauce . The cheese and toppings cooled off quick and left us eating cold pizza after the first slice. The salad was plain and the dressings are generic store bought dressings. Kind of sour and tangy. Pizza joints should make their own sauce or invest in better ones. The pene marinara was very cheesy but lacked flavor. Needed salt or something. The chicken Alfredo was actually pretty tasty. And very cheesy. Was the best thing we ordered. But I didn't come for pasta. I came for pizza. Kuddos to the staff for being so accommodating (large group) and friendly .... hoping they make some changes to the pizza

We have eaten here twice. The first time, we dined in. Today, we did delivery. The people who work there are super nice and helpful. Ordering online is really easy. We ordered pizza, bread sticks and calories. All of it was delicious. Not loaded down with sauce. Just enough to complement the delicious and fresh toppings. Amazingly good food for such a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. I am sure we will be ordering again and again.

So this is the new pizza place that took over Nate's New York Pizza.... well it's definitely cheaper. What it has going for it: - decent size menu - pricing on par with similar establishments - pizza by the slice - they deliver (not through Uber Eats or Doordash either) - plenty of parking - owner was pleasant What it has going against it: - quality of pizza is on par with Domino's (for some that is a good thing) So this place is what it is. It's a small local franchise that doesn't pretend it is "New York" pizza like the previous establishment did. I had the lunch special, which was 2 slices & a fountain soda...$5 (includes the tax)...not a bad deal nowadays. This place is very similar to Dominos. They are a little better in my book since they serve by the slice and they aren't a huge national franchise...yet. The pizza itself is very similar to Domino's Brooklyn style pizza and also similar to Costco's pizza (although Costco uses more cheese I feel). They use dummy proof conveyer ovens so the quality is consistent, but the quality isn't the same as you usually get by those traditional big pizza ovens. If you were use to Nate's and come here, get ready for some sticker shock.... pricing is way better than what the previous establishment was charging for similar item. Owner seems like a very nice guy who is really engaged with this business. Would I come here again..... yup

Crispy outside, juicy inside. If you like a good buffalo wing for its flavor and not for being a scorcher, this is a great wing for you. My partner had the turkey huckleberry sandwich, and he liked it quite well! We were a bit sad about the green beans. They looked excellent, but were very underdone. We did let the waitress know and she was gracious about it and said she would let the kitchen know. We took them home and reheated them in our steamer basket and they were good. The atmosphere is kind of cute and farmhouse chic, the very open floor plan does get loud though so foam boards to reduce echo would help a lot. The only other downside was just that the service was a bit slow, but they were pretty busy for a weekday night. Overall, we liked it and will probably be back - I look forward to seeing if their menu changes with the seasons.

Great vibe inside and the kitchen, bakery, and pizza ovens are all visible. Bakers were busy kneading dough. Menu is li 3 sandwiches with chips and pickle spear came to $61 including tip. We ordered meatball sandwiches and a turkey to go. We arrived just before noon and the place filled quickly. Our order took about 30 minutes as the phones rang with orders and patrons poured in. One of our local friends picked us up from the airport and immediately took us there, and now I totally understand why. We tried three pizzas -- the cheese, the bumblebee, and the sausage & mushroom -- and every single one was incredible. The kale Caesar was honestly one of the best salads I've had in a long time. There were four of us eating, and we still walked away with leftovers. But the real star? The sourdough crust. I will genuinely be dreaming about that crust when I'm back home in California. Perfectly chewy, flavorful, and unlike any pizza crust I've had before. If you come to Coeur d'Alene, this spot is an absolute must-try.

I eat there weekly. Today, I purchased 6 bowls and I was in a rush so I didn't check until I got home and 2 Teriyaki Bowls were given as small bowls, although I paid for the regular bowls. The Greek steak bowl meat was all fatty and not something you would eat. I usually have a good experience with this bowl. The food taste great, but I question the management of the Post Falls restaurant because of the consistent unpredictability.

It did feel healthy and fresh, but I kinda wished the whole thing was just better. The steak bowl had good flavor but the steak was in big chunks so you had to tear it appart with your fingers as you just had plastic fork for eating. Overall, the steak was good but chewy. The chicken in the bowl was cooked well and had good char, it was mixed in a bit of glaze and rice/slaw/ pineapple. Overall tasty, just kind of needs a bit more components or maybe more seasoned rice. Maybe my expectations were too high. Anyhow, was just ok for me. But, is a nice and appreciate the healthy option. The strawberry lemonaid also a pass. No real flavor and they charge extra but no strawberries in there. Again left me very meh.....
