When I took my Lexus in for service at the local dealer, the service manager noticed a dent in the car and suggested I get an estimate from the body shop man with whom they work as he was currently on the premises. Todd, the body shop owner, provided an estimate and indicated that he would give me a discount and provide a loaner from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After checking another body shop, I determine that. The price he quoted, was reasonable and returned the car to the Lexus dealer for Todd to deliver to his body shop. It's hard to find an auto shop that treats you with respect and communication and does a great job. Honestly, I was beyond pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The owner, Todd, Is a man of his word and will communicate with you on where your car is at in the repair process. Quick turnaround time as well. I scraped my car in my garage at work and needed the side of the car fixed up. Called the Lexus dealership and they said they had someone who could help. I was skeptical at first as I do not trust dealerships. I originally called them because I was willing to bite the bullet as I just needed the car fixed. In February I discovered I had progressively worsening damage to my bumper, which had started out as a small broken bracket that had turned into my whole bumper being about ready to fall off. The Lexus dealership I use had a relationship with Westside Valley Auto Body, and the 2 businesses worked together to provide me with seamless service. Westside Valley Auto Body picked up and delivered my car back to Lexus where it was having a regular maintenance service. All of the cameras and monitors in the bumper worked as good as new. Let me just get this started by saying Todd is one of the friendliest auto body owners I've ever met. Now, we searched around before going with Westside Valley Auto Body and the amount they wanted to charge us was insane. We went to Canoga Auto Body and they wanted to charge us $4600 and said maybe even up to $6000 after extra repairs?!????!! Later after looking around some more we were recommend to check this shop out. The price was half of the Canoga Auto Body shop, so we instantly took it. Todd took care of us very well and even got the process expedited too. The car looked brand new when we went to get it today. Our impact bar inside the number was severely damaged which you can't see in the photos, however Todd put a new one in so the car is good as new! Was recommended here by a good buddy who had his mustang restored at this shop. Todd and his crew did an amazing job on my 06 Mitsubishi evolution. Todd was honest and straightforward. He also sent me pictures of each step as they sanded and removed parts to paint. I would absolutely recommend this shop. It's been 6 months since they painted my car and it still looks fresh. Got rear ended and hit the car in front of me too. I was referred to Westside Valley Auto Body by a friend. I did not want to go the "certified" body shop my insurance company recommended because they do not have the customers best interest in mind. Todd, the owner, was very friendly and worked with my insurance company to get all new genuine Lexus parts. He is an independent body shop so he has the customers best interest in mind. The car was repaired quickly and looked brand new when I got it back. I am a very detailed and I can usually tell a car has been repaired by looking at the gaps between the trunk and hood but everything was aligned perfectly. My factory paint job actually had a slight orange peel effect but the paint job I got back was smooth as glass. I would definitely take all my cars here from now on and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Had to get work done on my 07 crown Victoria bumper it was a different color from my car and had a bunch of stress cracks and repairs needed to be done on top of paint. Todd was the man that I talked too he was very out y'all and knew what he was talking about. He quoted me 450 and later called and told me the bumper had a big crack under some Bondo that had been discovered once the they started on my bumper, he asked me that it would cost 50 dollars more which wasn't a big deal because he asked me first before moving on and I feel that was a fair price for the extra work. Three days in total it was in the shop which was a totally fair time too me. I could not be happier with how it turned out Todd and his guys did an outstanding job on this bumper, the pictures speak for themselves the before and after is immense. I had my front quarter panel damaged on my leased car and it was close to time to turn in. I called and asked him how long it would take because I did not want to get a rental car for a few days. He told me about "On The Spot" (I hope that's what it's called). I did pay a little more BUT he repaired my car is 2 hours!!! Yes 2 hours! I honestly didn't believe him at first but when I saw 4 guys go after and start working on my car I thought maybe it can happen that fast. I waited in his nice waiting room and netflix'd for 2 hours (saw Star Trek again. Yeah) at about 1:45 minutes he came in and said your car is done and we're just washing it. Crazy!!! Quality! Oh man, Todd is the best! He replaced both of my rear quarter panels, trunk, and all of my taillights. He ensured the cost stayed within what the insurance company was willing to pay for without totaling my car. If you had seen what my car looked like, you'd now that was way easier said than done. Unfortunately I never got to experience the quality of work this shop could provide. The review is based on my experience on the phone which has been subpar. I have been trying to get work done on my car for a couple of months now and wanted to get it done at this shop. However, the time first time I took my car they couldn't do it because they didn't have time. The second time I called and was basically told to call back because they didn't have time to talk due to some type of inspection. I left my number and was told I would get a call back. That call never happened. I called again and got an answering machine, left my name and number and that call never came. Today I call a 4th time and "Todd" answered his phone by telling me that he is busy on the other line, didn't allow me to get a word in before he basically started rushing me so he could get to the other line. I got as far as "good morning". This place seems busy, good reviews albeit a small sample (12) but just imagine how much busier it could be if Todd got himself some additional help and manners.
