Mike was literally an angel who saved the day. My car literally stopped mid acceleration after 5:00pm. I had to get my car towed and how could I find a shop open late? When I called this shop Mike answered and was SO kind. He said I can bring my car down and they would take care of it right away. Unprofessional and irresponsible. They charged me twice to fix the same problem ($414 total) and failed both times. A third attempt also failed. The video shows my last time picking up the car. The same noise persists. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They also refused to put my original parts back. On top of that, my car got a parking ticket while it was in their shop, and they would not take responsibility. Waste of time, waste of money. Be very careful before coming here. read more

Someone rear ended my car nearby this body shop and this was the only Tesla Body shop I could find. Out of 10 different quotes I got, this was the most fair price (for those that don't want to your insurance) and the fastest time around. Mike was very patient with me, and he was an expert mechanic. I used Michael's services when I bought a car nearby. I was extremely dissatisfied with his service - first of all, because he is a rather cunning and prudent person who immediately began to "sell himself" to the car dealer instead of giving me objective information about the car. Since he was selling himself to the dealer (at the time when I was the one who paid him!), he was very afraid to say something wrong in front of the dealer, which was extremely strange. As a result, he gave me very little information and subsequently I received detailed information only from other people, and of course, it turned out that Michael did not explain or say much (although he saw it all!) Even if he is a talented mechanic, I simply do not recommend contacting him precisely because of his human qualities. I paid Mikhail Gayed (owner) to replace my motor on my vehicle on 7/16/22. I paid him $2,000 to do the engine replacement. Car ran great with no issues. Unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident in my vehicle on 8/16/22. After speaking with Mikhail Gayed I had the car towed to his shop where it was left outside. For the next couple of weeks we waited for insurance to determine who was at fault. I reached out to Mikhail Gayed to let him know that the other parties' insurance was not going to cover it. I would pay out of pocket for repairs. I reached out to Mikhail on 9/8/22 to come by the shop so we can discuss options and pricing. Due to a conflict of schedule I was unable to make it. I reached out again on 9/13/22 but no answer from Mikhail. I showed up the next day on Thursday 9/14/22 and noticed that my engine was missing out of my vehicle. After calling Mikhail he mentioned to me that he took it out because he was afraid it would get stolen from sitting outside. That he would place it back in. (Which did not make any sense to me) He then asked me to show up the next day to put the motor back in the vehicle and ask me when I was going to get it out. He said he placed the "original motor" back into the vehicle. Which we later determined was a lie. What he ended up doing was taking out the brand new motor I paid him to install and swapping it out for a non working motor. Presumably on the presumption that insurance was going to total out the vehicle. He then gave me an attitude as to when I would be removing my vehicle. I arranged for "Eddie's towing" to come purchase the vehicle and take it away from the shop on Monday 9/19/22. When Eddie arrived he tried starting the vehicle to no success. After then running a compression test on the motor he determined the motor that was placed back in the vehicle from Mikhail was inoperable. Mikhail committed fraud and stole the motor out of my vehicle. Lied to me and changed stories as to what was going on with my car since its arrival from the tow company. He also stole belongings and personal information out of my glovebox. No integrity, no attempt to resolve the issue. I already filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and will have my attorney reach out. read more

Took my car to pepboys to get my car fixed cause I would hear a squealing sound when I would drive with the A/C on. Huge mistake bringing my car there instead of here first. Pepboys on Reseda was extremely rude to me and held my car for TWO hours and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I brought my car to Mike and within TWO MINUTES he lifted the hood and told me I needed a new timing belt. He was super helpful and didn't try to rip me off (which is super hard to find a mechanic that won't do that. Especially when you're a woman.) He also got my car fixed in ONE HOUR. Honestly best mechanic in the valley. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need work done on my car and will absolutely be recommending all my friends to go to him. There are many mechanics that take it vantage of people because they may not know much about cars but he will take the time to explain everything to you in depth and he will treat your car with care as if it is his own. I wouldn't go to this place. I had my suspension swapped out with a set of suspension parts I bought. I took pictures of everything beforehand. They made a mistake and forgot to replace one of my shocks. I told the guy and he got all pissed and accused me of lying after I showed him the part numbers. He told me If you're wrong I have to charge you to check. He lifted it up and did see they made a mistake. He did swap it out afterwards. But first the carelessness was an issue and the attitude I received after was uncalled for. Won't come here again for anything. I can't trust their work. The guy is nice when he first meets you and wants your business. On top of that the mechanic who worked on my car was talking smack about me telling other customers in another language why am I changing out my shocks when I have a new car. It's none of their business. It's my car and I'm paying you for a service. You get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by the prices. read more
