THANK GOODNESS FOR MADE TO MOVE PT! From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly, professional and thoughtful. My therapist, Nahul (I'm so sorry as I know I'm spelling his name wrong) was THE BEST! It wasn't just PT at the facility, but he gave me printed exercises, with photos, to do at home. After 2 months, I was down to once a week. After 6 short months my pain was 99% gone. It only comes back when I don't use the great techniques and tips he taught me. The day I "graduated" I was told to feel free to come back should I need them. If I ever need PT for anything there's only one place I'm going, MADE TO MOVE! 10 yrs later and PBPT are still complete rockstars!…read more Today I had Brett Niko and some other assistants and athlete trainers helping. Woke up and back went out. Haven't had an issue in YEARS. I've been here for neck back wrist knee shoulder and ankle issues some of which are degenerative, some from sports over time, and some from a car accident, doesn't matter they do it all! Can't say enough about them, but here's my normal Yelp list: 1. Service - crazy friendly! Super educated on PT and all body parts, injury types etc. I have great confidence that when I walk thru that door I will be treated as both a human and with kindness and by a professional that actually listens and cares and wants to help and see a difference. Knee - They have helped to rehab a old injury of a completely torn ACL and partially removed meniscus cartilage that has degenerated over time and caused back ankle and leg stability issues. Back/neck - degenerative discs issue all along the vertebrae, torn ligament in lower back, neck all addressed and resolved. Ankle - sprained my ankle badly years ago and I was walking and healthy I'm no time. Wrist - hurt wrist via bad sprain when I fell and hurt ankle, again they helped a ton as it took a while to heal due to the bad sprain. Shoulder - could have been carpel tunnel or the car accident when someone rear ended me, but I could not raise my arm above my head and that was solved in no time. Anytime I have had recurrences it has been because I gained weight, got stressed, didn't stretch, didn't do my exercises, reinsured something or pushed my body too hard. I've never had to come back because they didn't do a good job. Ever! And I've had a TON of work done here. 2. Location - very cute location with greenery and windows to bring brightness and give you peace as you're healing your pain! Feels like Hawaii which is the vibe of the biz since PB is Hawaiian. Love her and her entire team for this along among many other things! It's tucked away behind the fitness center, old movie theatre and some industrial building so can be tricky to find at first. 3. Parking is free and in a building attached to the building that PBPT is in. If you're lucky you can park on the first floor near the door so that you don't have to walk too far. I'm the afternoons it is crowded but early am and late evening not so much. 4. Costs and healthcare - worth every penny whether out of pocket or copay with insurance. They will teach you the exercises to do on your own and if you do it you'll be fine in no time and whatever you pay is beyond worth it! I don't go anywhere else! And I've lived in 4 cities nationally and traveled globally since coming here! Just say yes. Can't recommend then enough.

Unprofessional, careless, rude, assembly line structure PT…read more I'm sorry to admit the hard truth of this place but I wish the other reviewers had.... I came to this place after months of patella tendonitis (my knee). I understood my injury well and communicated that. During my appointment, the guy evaluated me and focused less on what I had to say, and more on his incorrect assessment of my mobility. He mistakenly misdiagnosed poor hip mobility (my hip mobility is fine, I made him re-check it and he agreed on the misdiagnosis). I told him I had limited ankle mobility which caused overcompensation in my knee during squat patterns. As a champion bodybuilder, I really do know my body inside and out. It shouldn't have taken him thirty minutes to discover what what sentence communicates. ‼Beyond that, when he administered exercises, due to his lack of listening of knowledge of the injury, the excercise he had me perform flared my injury up for the following 2 weeks, requiring me to take NSAIDs daily. When I graciously thanked him for showing me how to hurt myself, my thank you wasn't followed with any "your welcome" but just a blank stare . I said thank you again to make sure it wasn't the twilight zone, but it was in fact, a real life horror. ‼ After we concluded our failure of a session, making no personal connection and learning nothing, I paid $100 or so dollars. The young lady at the front asked me if I wanted to schedule ahead. She explained the sessions would be similar to today, ‼except the full hour I pay for would only be 30 minutes to guidance, followed by self-led excercise‼ Isn't that what I go to the gym for anyways? ... Anyways, she asked to schedule ahead and I obviously declined. I did not want to return. Then, I receive a text message that my appointments are set at the same time the next week. And if I don't cancel within 24 hours of the appointment I'd be charged. So I keep the appointment for a few days, hoping my symptoms improve, hoping that it was momentary pain for long term recovery. But no. Of course not. I call the office to cancel the appointments (the ones I asked them not to schedule in the first place) and here's how that went Lady: ..... Me: (waiting for her to say hello, this is so and so office) Lady: ..... Me: ...hello? Lady: how can I help you Me: hi my name is ______ and I'd like to cancel my appointments. Lady: you have 2 appointments scheduled, which would you like to cancel? Me: both of them please Lady: *hangs up on my angerly* Of course, no "thank you for visiting our office" no "I hope you schedule with us soon" not even a "goodbye" or "have a nice day" This place is nice if your insurance pays for it and if you have genuinely no issues in your body. If you are someone with a real injury, if you are someone who wants to be treated with the same respect you give, with dignity, if you are an athlete, and if you are serious about healing, save your money and your time and stop reading reviews. Go somewhere else. Genuinely wish someone had told me this, which is why I'm writing this. My other reviews are positive. It upsets me to have to do this.

The PTs and staff are all professional and extremely friendly. I feel very comfortable here. I'm even comforted when the PTs strongly encourage me to do my exercises regularly when I haven't done my part. All the PTs are knowledgeable and helpful so I don't feel like I'm not getting good service if I don't have a "favorite."

I have past injuries from competitive dancing, rowing and martial arts and have gone to two other chiropractic offices before discovering Premiere Chiropractic. I've gotten holistic care and have seen a lot of progress in my upper back and hips which used to lock up, to the point where I had a limp from by legs being different lengths. After a couple of years coming here, I can pretty much stretch my way out of both of those issues. I also have an old shoulder injury from dancing which got exacerbated by jiujitsu. I've gotten a lot more mobility and flexibility since coming to Premiere and I feel like I understand my body a whole lots more now. My wife used to get treatment here as well for plantar fasciitis and shin pain and they fixed it to the point where she hasn't had a reason to come in. The on-site PT and OT, along with the skilled teachers and staff, eased any concerns we had about her learning to use the parts of her body affected by CP in ways that could be harmful to her growth. She made incredible progress not only socially, but academically as well. The care and dedication of the teachers, team, and directors are truly evident in everything they do. Our daughter has since aged out of the program, but we miss them so much and remain incredibly grateful for the impact they had on her development.
