The staff was friendly and made the whole process smooth. Just make sure to pay for the meters if you park out front because they are going to give you a ticket. This place saved the day! After needing a ton of copies, I didn't want to drop over $100 for printing. When I finally found a parking spot on the curb, I had just remembered that I could only park there for 30 minutes. I had to get in and out quick! Good thing I had my laptop on me. I was discouraged when I found out there was no Wi-Fi in the building, but the employee graciously offered me a USB drive to transfer my file onto. I got on the computer and began the printing process. It was 8 cents per page for the black and white option. When everything was done, I was happy to realize how much I had saved. He also graciously offered me a box to place my copies in, which was very surprising and kind. I walked out knowing I'd come back again in the future! read more

Visit: Tuesday, January 16, 2018 I needed to buy a course reader for class, so I really didn't have a choice in coming here. They certainly know this, as their prices are fairly steep. $37 for a thin reader! The least they could've done was make sure all the pages were oriented the right way up. Oh well, didn't have much of a choice in the matter. The good thing was that the associate was super friendly and appeared to go out of his way to help customers with copying and whatnot. read more

Ilias, an elderly man, completed assisting me only after calling me "oblivious". The owner, Elias was extremely condescending and rude. I remained thankful, as he had printed what I had asked for, but I left uncomfortable and truly upset with the dismissive treatment I recieved. Terrible customer service. Although I recognize I was a bit confused, I did not deserve the disrespect that came along with his services. As it is near UCLA's campus you would assume that this Copying center would be friendly to students that came there to print. I will not be returning to Westwood Copies. It also costs 15 cents per minute to use the computers there. I recommend anywhere else in Westwood. On UCLA's campus there is actually free computer usage for students as well as FREE printing (USAC/HAINES)... i highly recommend these 2 building for printing to avoid any troubles you might run into by heading to Westwood Copies. read more

Dear UCLA Professors, PLEASE GET YOUR READERS AT THAT OTHER PLACE THEY'RE CHEAPER (you know, the one on Westwood Blvd.), for goodness sakes! Besides, the people there are friendlier anyway. At WW Copies, PARK in the back! Free, fairly low-hassle if you pick reasonable times) parking (with the Westwood grain of parking salt). Watch out for LONG lines during peak hours (T/TH especially) which seem to be around 2PM-6PM. $40 for a 200 page reader seems absurd after paying only $20 at the other place. Also...is doesn't even cost $40 for like, a 1,000 page novel. So likely you'll feel like you got ripped off. read more

The guy who helped me was super sweet and the copies turned out really good! The paper feels high quality and the print is very clear even at 7 point font. I also made a mistake and accidentally printed 6 single sided sheets instead of 3 double sided ones (entirely my bad) and he was nice enough to split the cost of those 50% with me (so I didn't have to pay triple the cost). I paid less for the text for the same course, brand new from the book store. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful however so not all was bad. I cannot comment on their other services so this might be a great place to do general copying/scanning. read more

Westwood Copies is fantastic! I would highly recommend doing color printing here. (especially instead of going to Kinkos/Fed Ex) The employees were SO friendly and helpful; it was nice to know that the concept of good customer service still exists! Their price for color printing (0.39c) is the cheapest I could find in the Westwood area, but they certainly don't compromise on the quality of their printing. The paper is nice and thick (perfect for double-sided printing), and the color ink was great. They even helped me staple all my packets after I was done printing. Also, it's conveniently located within walking distance of UCLA. It's safe to say that I'll be a returning customer. read more
