Agreed for $561 via email for prints(which should have only cost $200 from an online service). Ends up charging my credit card over $1000. Ignores calls and emails to correct the charges. Presents false statements to my credit card company when I disputed the charges. These are low life criminals. Stay away and if you still decide to hire them, DO NOT give them your credit card info. Hopefully this review will prevent many others from being ripped off and will make these thieves lose out in way more than the $500 they stole. Hope it was worth it David read more

I came in here really quick to print my resume for an interview. This place helped me and got me out of there fast for a low cost! The man who helped me was great and said I could email my resume to them and he would print it for me on nice paper. I was thrilled and agreed. I got 5 copies of my resume and the employees were smiling and very helpful! Thank you! This company if they can will try to scam you! I'd worked with them on projects of ours consecutively years prior and no problems at all hence this time I went back to them again. Unfortunately David is in charge now and every time I asked how much was the project going to be he wouldn't give me a price, he kept on saying he would help me out, look after me, words of that nature. When I eventually got the price I was shocked. So I looked up other printing companies for prices, all of them were less than half of what David wanted to charge. He even suggested I obtain prices from other companies and when I gave him their prices he said "shows then we do quality work". How can he make that statement? The companies emails clearly say (see photo). So luckily I hadn't given a credit card. He said I would have to pay for an hour's work, again this could have been prevented if I'd been given a price at the beginning. Also all they had to do was scan a photo and ad font, which they'd done prior years. I did confirm I would pay for the hour's work as David had asked for. I emailed this yet no response back, so I phoned, he now says he ran the job!!! First time mentioning this! Their email clearly says they have to have a credit card first before they will print. I would like to add, they will not let me have my photo and card back either. There's a lot more to this which I've had to endure but it would take too long. I realize already I'm leaving a long review. I'm totally stunned and stressed by my experience, luckily I've never experienced anything quite like this before. read more

Three issues: Called. Friendly guy. Got email address. Emailed image. Didn't get a response. Called back after a few hours and left a message with a co-worker to have 1st person call me back, confirming he'd received the email. (Wanted to be sure I got the address correct). No reply for a few hours. Called again. Got the guy. He checked it, said he got the email and the images were fine. He was busy. These things happen. No big deal. He asked me if I wanted it the next day. I said I was busy all the next day and the day after would do, but I needed it by 2pm, so I could take the print to a framing store down the street. No problem. Traffic being as it is, I decided to call ahead and make sure the print was ready. Someone there said it would be ready by 6:30pm. I said I was told it would be ready by 2. They double-checked. Print was being delivered at 3:45 or 4pm. (no idea why it wasn't done in house). I called again at 4:15pm before leaving home to check. It was scheduled to arrive at 4:38. OK. I arrived and checked the print: it had multiple crease points where something had squished it slightly while it was rolled up; maybe someone's hand. Don't know. I pointed it out to the employee and he basically said, "No, it's not damaged." I encouraged him to look more carefully in the light. Still "no." Whatever. I had already been dealing with these people enough. Just wanted to leave. I took it to the framing shop and told them my story. They saw the damage and were shocked that I was charged for the work - and further shocked that the person I was speaking to couldn't see it and denied it was there. One employee at the framing shop said that he had heard there was an ownership change at this place nine months ago and he'd heard other problematic stories from other customers. He's stopped referring customers there. The other one said she would stop referring customers there as well. This is me not referring you. read more

Absolutely excellent service. I went here for the first time with a last minute print job for business cards and Jenny totally hooked it up. I'm a designer, so I'm very particular/obsessive and Jenny showed me all the different types of paper, then made it easy to do some test prints. She also showed me some Illustrator tricks that I didn't know before (thanks college). I even made some tweaks that night, called her in the morning, and she put the new artwork on the cards right away. Very happy with the product and price, and I would come back again. I also gave a down payment on printing cards. I am unable to get this money back as well. There is a lot of lip service and BS but no real service. This place is so strange to me. They seem so busy all the time doing stuff but I have no idea what they're doing. I call in to see if I can get 5 prints of the same image printed so I can see the quality. They said give them a couple hours and that someone would call me back when they're ready to be looked at. After 5 hours no one called me, so I call back and they said "oh, sorry we're doing them now. Give us 30 minutes." After 30 minutes, I walk into the store and they're STILL not ready. The guy is doing them right at the moment, so I wait for another 15 minutes or so. (Seriously? It look like 6 hours to print 5 pictures?) After I select one, I ask for 20 prints. They said it would be done by tomorrow by noon. ($15ish for 20 prints... sort of expensive but whatever.) I come in the next day at around 4pm and they are not ready. They keep saying "we're doing them right now" but honestly by the looks of their faces it always seems like they forgot about my order. They seemed confused or lost or embarrassed whenever I spoke to them on the phone or came in person. So I call the next day to make sure they physically are holding the actual prints because I do not want to make a THIRD trip for printing 20 simple prints again!! My gosh, why is this so hard? The guys seem nice but I think they need a legit office manager. They need to work on their time management or remembering what they tell their clients. If you need something ASAP, do not go here. read more

This place is dysfunctional and while they have done two nice print jobs for me in the past, I can't help but have mistrust when they can't deliver simple emails with quotes. Last year I had a black and white photograph that a good friend of mine shot at The Printing Depot. They did a fabulous job so when it was time to have more photo printing done I (of course) went back to them. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the shop was closed so everything was handled via email. Once my order was ready I was given an appointment and was able to pick up my work at the door of the shop. I am thoroughly impressed by their clear communication and (once again) their terrific work, and very reasonable prices. Particular thanks go to David Zokai, the president who coordinated everything with efficiency and kindness throughout. I was very happy with the service i received here. I walked in, never had been here before, and needed to enlarge a very old photo i had. It was very last minute, and i needed it in 2 days. David, the first guy that helped me was so friendly and told me not to worry and that they could do anything i wanted. He then sent me to his colleague, Ali, who specialized in what i wanted done to my photo. Ali looked at the print and told me he would call me once he was able to scan it and try to fix the image for enlarging. He called me 2 hours later and i went to the store again to see what he was talking about. He adjusted the image for me and set it up to my liking. He was so helpful as well, and was able to enlarge a tiny picture i had into an 8x10 print. I was very happy!!! Their prices are very reasonable as well, and i am glad i walked in here to do my photo job. I will def be back again for anything else i need. I noticed they also do postcards, invitations, and a lot of printing, posters, etc. .
