This outfit is first class! The paperwork is extensive but the experience is so worth it. We rented 3 skis for 2 hours and had a blast! They explain everything on how to operate and how to remove seaweed if it bogs the machine down. I'm 66 and I had no problems operating the machine. Rented a pontoon for a full day. Got there and loaded on the boat and the guy struggled to start it. Told us we would have to "jiggle" the key until it caught in the ignition if we wanted to start it. About 5 minutes into the drive one of the doors fell off as well. After we had docked and tried to move to a different location we could not get the boat started, then the key proceeded to break off in the ignition. We tried 3 times to call and no one answered so we had to somehow get it started. Took it back to try and reason with them but they did nothing but accuse us of damaging the boat. Only used the boat for 3 hours of our full day and they said they would let us use another boat to finish the day only if they had one available but didn't offer to give us money back and charged us an extra $100 on top of our reservation for the broken key that "wasn't covered under the damage protection" that we paid extra for. Manager was incredibly rude and would not even be somewhat reasonable with us. Would not go back, would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Amazing experience! We booked online on a Thursday for a half-day Friday rental, completed all of our waivers and the boating safety test online, and when we arrived on Friday the check-in took less than 5 minutes. We were on the water within 12 minutes! Everyone was so friendly--the gentleman at check-in even drove the boat out and docked it for us because of the tight parking spot. The prices were VERY reasonable, and Crab Island was only 3 minutes from the dock. My kids loved it, and there was no pet fee, so our Rottweiler got to join the fun too! They even provided a complimentary JBL speaker and a wagon to haul our things back to the car. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. 100% recommend! read more

Booked a dolphin guided jet ski tour and it definitely did not disappoint! Ample parking and easy check in. Please be sure to look up if you need a permanent or temporary boaters license! This is not the company's rule, it's a law! The make it explicitly clear on check in and definitely check your card before allowing you on the tour! We were in a group of about 8 jet skis and had a great time. We saw dolphins right off the bat, which was amazing! Our guide then took us out into open water and let us play around and drive freely for awhile. We then drove through the crowd of Crab Island to get a little taste of that party. My only complaint is that I wish we didn't do the Crab Island drive through and spent more time playing and having fun in the open water on the jet ski's. Our tour guides were great and took plenty of photos that they air dropped to us when we returned! The bathrooms aren't pretty, but they are available. There's also bookshelf style cubbies to store anything you don't want to take out onto the water with you. read more

I am afraid of heights but my daughter really wanted to go so I found a Groupon which was the same deal as on the company's website and not the $30 advertised. It cost $90 for two adults then additional for tip. We did the 8:30 a.m. because it was the least expensive one. The morning was nice. Weather was already in high 70s/low 80s, but windy and the water was choppy so we stayed on the bayside. The group of people we went with were all strangers, but they were all friendly and fun. There was 12 of us with 2 groups of 3 and 3 groups of 2 tandem. Most were first timers so it was fun to see the faces light up. Christian the deck hand was very friendly and efficient with getting all of us ready. I believe Andy was the captain. They were very good about being clear on the safety rules and measuring everyone's comfort level. It was a good experience for my daughter even if there was not much to see. The Gulf side was too choppy to go out. You are able to purchase a SD card for $25 that has about 90 photos on it. If you are a group of 3 then the cost is $35. I have not looked at all the pictures but a few of them I glanced at look good. They use a nice Nikon camera. The only thing that made it kind of a shake the head moment is when the captain got snarky with a teen boy who pointed out something with the parachute. He could have just said I saw it and thanks for pointing it out instead of being rude about it. If someone has a safety concern they should say feel comfortable to express it, then respond appropriately and professionally instead of shaming them. I understand he does this multiple times a day and is an expert. But like I said this was the first time for most, but 2 out of the 12. read more

BEWARE!! There's a reason they don't allow reviews on their website of any of their social media. we were grossly overcharged/mis-charged. If you go to their website and hit dolphin tours then try and book for 6 people there's no options for how many people. We hit 6 on the jet skis and unbeknownst to us we got charged for 6 jet skis. Paying 1,017.00. We had 4 minors and 2 adults. It should've only been $300.00 plus tax. When speaking with Rachel whom works there she said we paid either way and there's no refunds so have fun with those two jet skis! She was condensing, rude and heartless to say the least. We tried to work/compromise with her stating please refund us some of the extra we were charged. She refused. When we informed her we will then just have to dispute the rest of the extra balance we were charged for not using 6 jet skis. She stated "now you aren't riding at all! And can leave the property" which we have all recorded! Knowing we had 4 kids who had their heart set on riding she had no one ounce of remorse. I informed her to call the police and we filed a report and we are disputing it. But imagine we were over charged and then refused to go on at all with no refund! Let me start by saying the crew was amazing from start to finish. This was our first time parasailing and they were very knowledgable and friendly. Captain Travis walked us through the whole process and the safety features and even gave us some local history on the way. The beaches and water in Destin are some of the best in the world but seen from above, it takes your breath away. I was a bit nervous at first but once you are up there its actually quite relaxing. Just sit back and enjoy the fabulous view of Crab Island and the Emerald Coast. We will definitely come back to Wet-n-Wild on our next visit. read more

This parasailing experience takes you over the northside of the island and not the southside. What turned us off was that we were not allowed to record anything--our phones were confiscated and put into a secure location. All in an effort to sell us the 55$ photo package--which if you think about it that almost 2/3s of the cost of the ride. They said it was so that our phones wouldn't get wet but they also asked other passengers to hand in their waterproof go pros. disappointed that i wont have a memory of it. read more

After calling to book a reservation for 3 flyers and 1 passenger, my family and I were excited for our first parasailing trip. We arrived early as advised and checked in. On arrival we were told the waiver for the passenger was missing, so we completed and as instructed went to the dock to meet up with the boat and Captain. After boarding it was determined the reservation for the passenger was not included in the captains list and the boat was over booked so we had to leave part of the family behind. Very good to mess up a family vacation. We went to the location at 10:30am we did a reservation for the time they had available for 2 jet ski at 1:30pm. We put the car on file . Fill up the waiver for our two kids and 2 adults . We spent 3 hours waiting for this adventure. I felt rushed while filling out and signing paperwork because they had my time starting before I even had orientation. At first I thought the guys that did orientation was cool, but later found out that he left out the most important instructions which were how to recover the motorcraft after it flips. Unfortunately, one of the riders I was with flipped and we had no idea how to flip it back over. I had to ride back to the location to get help. Once we returned the guys talked about how they had just put that jet ski back on the water and them proceeded to tell me that they were keeping my deposit because the jet ski was ruined. Every person I've talked to and all my research shows that water in the engine does not ruin the jet ski. The lady that was assigned to tell me that they were keeping my deposit, was very rude and condescending. They also conspired to lie about the entire situation. The young guy that did the orientation said he went over how to recover it. We had 2 adults over 40 and 3 teenagers 14+. After recovering my phone I googled how to flip and the instructions were dumb simple. If we had been told how to do it, we would have been able to. After the lying, I honestly feel like they scammed me out of my $500. When I asked to speak to an owner. I was denied that right. When I asked for the young guys name for reference I was not only denied that, but the very rude lady insinuated that myself and my family would come back and harm him. I'm not one to pull the race card, but I 100% feel that was a racist comment and she only said it because we were black. Not once, was anyone from our party aggressive. read more

I found out this important piece of information after 30 minutes of waiting; no one came to us and offered an apology or an explanation of the delay. He barely spoke a word, the person assisting him was a bit more talkative, and both seemed very irritated with the large group of excited teenagers. I wish it had been a better experience. I'm generally not one to complain much. Making an exception here. I'm local. We typically rent a pontoon from you at least 2-3 times per year to entertain out of town guests. And, whenever a friend asked for a referral for a place to rent, we have sent them to you. Never had a bad experience until this past trip. The boat you gave us was unsafe and a wreck. Embarrassing to talk up the pontoon experience with your company only to be let down by a boat that should be scrapped -- especially when I'm spending close to $300 of my hard-earned money (between fees and tips). - Seats all ripped - Bimini ripped to shreds and bent - Nothing electric works - Big piece of metal sticking out by the seat where the anchor is that scratched a guest - Anchor broken (only one functional flute) so Crab Island was a nightmare - No ropes on board - Motor conked out dozens of times - Hard to start - etc The guy at the dock acknowledged the boat was garbage when we took it out. When asked how he was going to document the damage before we left, he said "I could just circle the whole boat. Look if you just bring it back in one piece we'll be happy". In fairness, I emailed you (Travis) twice to give you a chance to resolve this. You blew that opportunity by not responding. So, I have to resort to this. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY... I just got in town for a family trip and paid this Company $386 for two jet skies ( 2 hours for 2 jet skis) We walk in to the "office" which really is a rundown house where we see 4 young adults (18-20 years old) sitting at a table running the business. After putting an additional $1,000 deposit down on the jet skies (to ensure no damages) the young girls tell us we have to fill out 3 more additional documents. Long story short, we weren't able to pass the boating license quiz (keep in mind this is a quiz you actually have to study/ prepare for and no one ever mentioned in the phone that we actually had to have this.) (Side note- I just moved from California and they don't require boating license, so I was not aware that Fl required this) Anyways, after not passing the test. The young ladies laughed and told us that we couldn't go out on the jet skies and refused to give us our money back. Not only did this happen to us, but there were 3 other people that came in hoping to rent a jetskie and last minute finding out that they had to pass a 25 question test as well. I spoke to one of the guys on the way out and he seemed very frustrated with the overall lack of communication and just poor management skills the company had to display. Needless to say we were very frustrated with how unprofessional this "company" was. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
