I had a great experience working with Donny! Before the installation he carefully planned our set up to get within the budget, presenting different options, and scheduling the job. There were no pressure or up-selling. On the day of the service he was fast and knowledgeable. From start to finish he was very professional. His work was flawless. He took his time to make sure we are satisfied customers. He patiently showed us how to use the Ring app and gave us tons of useful information. He followed up few days after the install to make sure everything was great. On 12/31 Donny spent around 10-12 hours completing the project. He installed several cameras with smart lighting floodlights, windows & doors sensors, smart lock, video doorbell, alarm flood & freeze sensors, motion sensors, chime pro, alarm keypad, WiFi routers, and Alexas. He also installed smart lighting dimmers throughout the house as well as colored LED dimmable smart lights that you can control with your app and voice. He was able to successfully connect doorbell/cameras to the FamilyHub fridge. We were so pleased with the quality of work that was done at our house.
