I don't know what people on here are whining about and giving low stars. It's a fast food pretzel store. In an outdoor mall. Mini pretzel dog was savory. Cinna-bitz were sweet. Lemonade was refreshing. If you just want to take a quick bite between shopping, then this is a good option. read more

As a mall employee I tend to run to get a pretzel every once in a while. Some days are great some days I've had anywhere from a Burned to a not cooked well pretzels. HOWEVER, every time I have gone in and James (I believe that's his name, he's a manager there) and Jessica are there I have the best experience ever. Extremely pissed off! I come by here every once in a while to get pretzels for my other half because this is the closest one to me. Customer service is terrible here, Ernie gave me a wrinkled up bag with old pretzels, which I didn't notice until I got home. I will never be coming back to this location. Really good customer service here! Everyone is super nice and works efficiently. I got the Dog Bites which are mini pretzel hot dogs and they're perfect for a snack :) Palm Springs outlet doesn't have much good food so I suggest just grabbing a snack and then leaving the area for a meal when you're done shopping. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I came here with my family about 3 weeks ago after attending an event at the nearby casino. I absolutely love the pretzel bits from wretzel pretzels so that is what I ordered for my husband and myself and we shared with our kids. My husband pulled a piece out of the bag and it was connected to another by a stand of either a fiber from a cloth or blond hair (it looked like a knuchuck). I didn't want to look any closer as I was already grossed out. My father who was there with us and took it inside to let them know and was discreet about informing them and showing them as there was a long line out the door. They offered a replacement pretzel of the sort and that was that. My husband happened to go back inside to get napkins when he heard them talking about my father in front of all the customers and how what we found is normal and no big deal. My father did not make a scene he just simply brought it to their attention so they can figure out where it came from and avoid something like this in the future. Horrible experience! Not only is the manager incompetent but she allows her employees to talk back to customers! I went in yesterday ordered mini dogs where I was told it would be 10 minute wait. After noticing 15 minutes had passed I simply asked one of the girls how much longer and she gave me attitude by saying they told you it would be 15-20 minutes and I told her not they said 10 minutes if it would have been longer I wouldn't have ordered them then I saw her gossiping with another employee and laughed and pointed at me! I then asked is there a problem what seems so funny to you and she said how about you shut up and go in the back and wait for your order to be called . Wait what did a stupid lil girl just talk to me that way and her manager allow this!? I asked for their corporate number and going to express my concerns! These kids don't have respect ! This is by far the most horrible experience I've ever had at wetzel's pretzels. We visited on 2/5/2021 at night time, spent $16 on 2 pretzels bitz, and they ended up in the trash. They were basically raw dough. I walked inside and showed the 4 employees who were standing around doing nothing since there were no customers around 6pm. I told them: " I don't want a refund, I'm just letting you know these are raw dough and not cooked at all". All 4 stared at me without apologizing or recognizing the problem. I walked away and then walked back in to ask for a manager number. They pointed me to a Hispanic lady and said "that's her" . She was one of the 4 who never even tried to help me, wish me a good night or even say sorry. So I said I wanted her manager, whoever is above her to complain about horrible customer service. The whole time she stayed mum, never said a word or apology, simply handed me a number for a "Cindy" . I told them their service was horrible, they had multiple opportunities to apologize for their subpar product and service and they still never uttered a word. I just called "Cindy" and she was the most unprofessional of all. She said who's this because you're calling me. I said I was looking for Wetzel's Oretzels and she said : yeah. I asked if that was the business she said yeah. Ive never seen a business manager reply with yeah when customers call. I expected a : thank you for calling how can I help you? When I told her they gave me that number to reach Cindy, because we had a bad experience at this store, she never replied. So I said 3 I see it's a moot point to converse with you, because you're all unprofessional. I'll make sure to never visit this store ever again and leave my bad review about my bad experience on every social media outlet I can. Horrible horrible horrible place read more

Pretzels were good as usual but the store had no mustard and the service was not friendly. There was a line out the door but none of the staff seemed to care. Ordered four pretzels and had to ask for napkins. Then was given a total of two napkins. When I asked for a few more the cashier just looked at me with disdain. read more

I went here last night (12/12/2015) .Absolutely one of the worst ones I've been to. Yes it was relatively busy, which I understand it could be a little hectic, but gives no excuse to any of their actions. The amount of professionalism from all 5/6 employees including the manager is Un real. The voice raising, the arguing in front of customers and the burning of the pretzels made the whole experience horrible. My pregnant girlfriend almost vomited from the burning smell because the whole place was filled with smoke. The one guy and girl working there thought it was all a joke , messing with each other the whole time laughing and not really attempting to do any type of work. I feel for the one girl who was doing the best she could with the amount of orders coming in to cook and the manager still being a a hole and degrading her and her work. Seems like she was the only one trying. I've worked in a kitchen before, and I've done customer service as well and I wouldn't have had a job if we all acted this way. I'm giving this 5 stars so you all can see it. Just beware of the horrible service. read more
