I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks this morning. I ordered an iced venti matcha and asked to add two shots of chai, but what I received was completely different--an iced matcha with oat milk and five Splenda. I went back to have it corrected and clearly explained my order, but the remake was still wrong and only included matcha, milk, and ice. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this was frustrating--especially since it wasn't fixed properly the second time. There was also no apology, and the barista seemed disengaged and uninterested. This experience really put a damper on my morning. Any establishment that serves coffee--especially one like Starbucks that sees so many morning commuters--should provide a positive and cheerful experience to help kickstart the day. I asked for a grande mocha Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle. When I grabbed it I saw that it barely had caramel. I asked this (I don't know what to call her) if she could add a little more. Perfect stop on the way to Palm Springs! This Starbucks is right off the freeway, which made it super convenient. The store was very clean with great aesthetics! Raymond was the partner who assisted us, and he was fantastic: friendly, professional, and genuinely engaging, even in the short time we were there. Service like that really makes a difference. Driving thru Beaumont and Starbucks sounded good. The woman who took our order was rude and got the order wrong. She missed the breakfast sandwich which a stood for 10 minutes waiting to come out. New Starbucks! The lobby is a decent size. There are a couple of tables, and two unisex bathrooms. The lobby is nice and clean. The menu is easy to read. They took my order in store right away. I drive from Tucson to Cerritos and this is our go to Starbucks headed back to Arizona. In the past I've just used the drive through, but today I went inside. Two employees greeted me very warmly in the first seconds I entered at 8:30am. My drink was prepared exactly to perfection. The selection of grab and go food and drinks isn't as large as other places, but there are a vast number of fast food spots within eye shot, so I imagine they don't get customers wanting protein boxes etc. the inside is beautiful and like a hotel lobby, neutral grays and welcoming. So if you are on the go or need to stop for a clean restroom break, this location was exceptionally clean and comfortable for a coffee drink. read more

SIP SIP HOORAY! The new Starbucks off the 10 freeway in Beaumont is very clean and has a wonderful ambience. It's quiet and a great place to just chill out. I made a pitstop before a doctor's appointment and this is the perfect Starbucks for a road trip. The bathrooms are spotless and easily accessible! Also, there's plenty of seating with natural light. The shop is spacious and has a long counter! The coffee was good and the snacks (Egg White Bites) were delicious! Service was great too, the staff are quick and resourceful. read more

This location is very convenient as I pass through the area so I always come back until yesterday. I have always come in said hello smiled and have been treated very poorly. It's a hit or miss with items sometimes they're made correctly sometimes they're not as a person that's highly allergic to a couple of things on the menu I cannot continue taking my chances. read more

Okay, I like this starbucks. It's always really slow, so I like to come and study. However, I went in today to pick up a drink. I've had drink mixups before so I always make sure to very clearly state what I what want as it's written in their menu. A venti iced lavender latte. The lady working the register said "The matcha?" and I said no, latte and she didn't say anything, so I assumed she had heard me. I was the only one in the store and when my name was called, the drink I was given was the matcha. I was tired so I just took it and left but I'm disappointed, especially since I clarified that I wanted the latte. My sister ended up drinking it, but yikes. I'll stick to going to the one off Beaumont and Oak Valley, and just deal with how busy it gets. read more

Just had the worst experience at this location. We've been in the car for hours and just wanted to get some food and coffee. The employee with the bright red hair had an attitude from the moment we walked in. I guess she was upset it took us a while to decide what we wanted? I am with 2 elderly women that both wear hearing aids. When they asked for the bacon & Gouda sandwich she said they didn't have it. My Mom ordered a blueberry muffin and once we got our other food and our drinks I mentioned to the person at hand off if the blueberry was ready. At that point the red hair person said curtly, "we don't have it." I said you have it in the case- I've worked at Starbucks in LA for a year and we've definitely done that to accommodate a guest. She said no we don't do that. She was definitely not practicing the LATTE model. Not helpful in the slightest. Thankfully this is just a quick stop on the way to our trip because we will never be coming back to this location if we can help it. We'd rather go to McDonald's down the street in the future - it's cheaper too! Also the restrooms were disgusting, toilet paper $ seat covers on the floor. read more

When I walked in there was only 1 lady working and I was being patient and she came to me around after 3 minutes at the drive thru window to take my order. Don't come here! Staff will tamper with your food !! I ordered from drive thru this morning at 9:15 am the drive thru girl gave me attitude because I told her I wanted my matcha with oat milk once she was repeating my order and when I asked if the banana bread was dairy free she said she wouldn't know that with attitude. When I was given my food, 2 of my muffins and egg bites were smashed as if they were stepped on, they were warm right out of the oven so there was no reasonable explanation for my food to be smashed like that. My chocolate croissant was beyond burnt that it smelled up my car like smoke. Why would staff give a black burnt croissant? All our other items were over cooked as well. I have a milk allergy and if they purposefully gave me regular milk in my matcha I will be taking legal action and I will be writing corporate today to let them know how their staff is tampering with customers food!
