I went there twice in one weekend while visiting Vegas, 5/28-5/31. Two of us ordered large regular coffee's, a breakfast bagel and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and tomato slices. First day, all the carafes for milk and cream were empty, I had to ask for them to be filled, the counter that had coffee supplies was dirty and needed attention. Got my bagel, sat down to eat it, and there was no tomato slices in it, they forgot. Had to go back. A woman pushing the cart with refill supplies cut right in front of me while I walked to the bathroom, she didn't even apologize. Second day, again, empty carafes. I had to ask to have them refilled. Just what I expected! First there was a private parking lot and was easy to get to with GPS. Easy to park and walk a few steps to the restaurant. There was no line and the staff was quick to get our order out. The food was prepared to order. I loved my ham, egg and cheddar cheese on Florentine bagel. Yum! And we got a pastry that was good as well. My husband said the coffee was really good. He had the nova lox on bagel (his fav). The restaurant was about 2/3 full and it was a very laid back atmosphere. This place is close to the strip, but not mobbed by people. Great quick preflight breakfast spot! Stopped here before dropping my brother and his friends off at the airport. They were tight on time but needed a bite to eat to soak up the partying that happened the night before. The suggested Einstein of course! I had not been to this location but it's so convenient if you are on the way to the airport and short on time. They all ordered different breakfast bagel sandwiches and everything came out perfect and they devoured them! I had coffee only and it was perfect. Hot, fresh, with milk instead of cream and way better than Starbucks if you ask me! The service was quick, food and coffee were excellent. Stopped in for a quick bite. I love bagels and we just moved to the area from a small town with no bakery so it was a treat to walk in and see the variety of bagels. The spinach Florentine bagel with veggie smear paired with a chocolate cold brew shake was literally heaven. The service was great, we received our food quickly. Einstein is a predictable chain fast food restaurant, and that is a good thing. My typical order is a sesame bagel and coffee. They do a good job with this. Friendly staff too. There was short line early morning, but pro tip use their app to skip the line. Everything is fresh. I'm an out of towner and usually am staying on the strip. Nice to get away from the strip for an hour. Enjoy the short walk here to build up an appetite. Also sitting outside is enjoyable if you like to watch the airplanes taking off and landing at the airport. Also get a couple of bagels to go for breakfast the next days at my hotel. read more

He was cussing infront of customers and was not helpful at all... turned his back to me and ignored me while I was trying to ask him a question about non-diary creamer. He finally told me I had to pay a dollar for the almond milk which I agreed to pay it. The cashier didn't know how to charge me for the almond milk only. After a 20 minute wait, I finally asked for the manager. Luckily she came over and told Alan to give me some almond milk. Lines get very long but they are fairly quick service considering the amount of customers. I didn't like how the freshly baked bagels they kept on the counter for a long time before putting them in the the basket- where the long line of people were able to breathe over them and lean on the counter where they were.... Also, I was trying to substitute one protein for another but still had to pay the price to add a meat even though it was a substitution...the same with the sauce...why do you pay extra even when you just switching out one sauce for another ? The employee had no desire to help me so I ended up just getting a green chili bagel with veg cream cheese (it was suppose to be a jalapeno cheddar bagel but even though the employee said they had them they actually did not). This is the most amazing bagel spot we've been to. On our way back to Orange County we stopped here for a quick bagel. I'll admit we visit the locations and also Noah's and Bruggwrs by us and they are all awful. The service is awful and and bagels are hit or miss, but their locations are perfect so we continue to visit hence our likely choice to come on our way out today. I'll admit the bagels weren't anything to brag about, but the service was by far the best service we've ever received. Lonelle at the register was incredibly kind and a pleasure. The girl cooking the bagels who he referred to as Boss was super quick and had an awesome positive attitude. This is a great stop for a bagel breakfast. Though the coffee is nothing special they have a few options to help start your day. The bagels are so fresh, you can't get anything fresher. The pizza bagel was good, like a giant bagel bite and my son loved it. My daughter had a chocolate chip muffin and I tried one as well. They were okay, could be a little more fluffy and less - bread like. Good for an on the run breakfast. Cinnamon roll was amazing and the sweet icing was perfection. It was the preferred item of my youngest son. Oh the avocado toast, I mean avocado bagel, was delicious! My favorite. I felt like it needs something else on it so I actually made my husband cringe and put a touch of mayo on it. That salty flavor was a good addition. The furikaki on top seals the deal. Really enjoyed my visit this morning for breakfast. Ordered the turkey sandwich on an everything bagel, large coffee and the delicious apple cinnamon bagel. The staff is so wonderful, extremely hard working and hustling to help the long line of hungry customers. I love how all the drinks are open so you can grab whatever you want. The vanilla flavored coffee is HOT, HOT, HOT and delicious!! The bagel sandwich had fresh vegetables, mayo that I had requested and it hit the spot! One of the worst bagel places ever. They had nothing I wanted. I wanted the Nova Lox bagel, but they were our of lix. Then I ordered the Farmhouse bagel, but they were out of the bagel it came with. Then I wanted a latte and their latte machine was down. I was afraid to use the bathroom due to my experiences thus far, but the bathroom was probably the best part of my experience. As I was getting my coffee the employee was mopping around my feet. It wasn't like I was sitting and dining there. He could have waited till I was done.
