If I could give zero stars I would, the owner is rude, no customer service , we came for a promotion from T mobile Tuesday we were walking around the block, my babies wanted the little hot dog bites , a pretzel and some lemonade, the code stated we would get a pretzel for a $1 but we were still purchasing items, the man turned around the reader that would take coupons and said the app isn't working today, that has nothing to do with it, I watched him take the next customer and turn it around, no sorry no thank you nothing, during this time People like you is all we need, I was still buying items and that should of meant something, my babies were hungry so so rude and I already called corporate! The prices are not very well displayed. When I did find them, they were so tiny that it would be challenging for anyone to be able to actually read it. However, that issue pales in comparison to my main complaint: they're serving undercooked products. I bought an order of cinnamon bits, and was surprised at how...odd the texture was. I thought, no, they can't be serving people raw dough, I must be imagining things. Well, my stomach that night told me in no uncertain terms that it was not my imagination! There's always a long time when I walk by, but I was craving some Almond Bites. So we decided to stop by and to our surprise there was no line! What we got: Almond Bites w/ Glaze ($7): I was expecting the little trays with a few pieces, but when the big Chinese to-go box came out with our order...I was like whoa! The bites were soft and not chewy. It had the perfect amount of glaze drizzled over it where you could taste it in every bite. I walked all the way over here from build a bear area and I got there at 6 pm on Sunday 8/22/21 I asked the cashier if I can get the mini dogs and she replied there all out and I said oh no I walked all the way over here for the mini dogs and she said well we have the cheese mini dogs , I said is it the same price and she said no it's $.50 more I asked her well can she honor the price of the regular mini dog since they ran out and she asked the manager some Asian lady not that her ethnicity matters and the manager she said no and I said it's not my fault you guys ran out the manager she yelled at me and said no, she was extremely rude with me and told me don't buy anything if you don't want them then she told me get out and then the cashier girl which she looked 18 years old maybe younger also yelled at me and said we cannot do that either get the cheese dogs or nothing and pay the full price for them . I felt so horrible this place does not value their customers if anything they treat you like trash I will never come here ever again. I was so horrified that the manager yelled at me and so did the cashier girl this blows my mind and they probably get away with being rude to customers all the time. Who doesn't love a free pretzel!!! I love their fresh pretzels. Every visit: the pretzels are always fresh with plenty of ground salt and hot off the oven. I never get stale and hard pretzels ever - they are always to hot to eat right away. They are oily which is better as it helps make it softer to pull apart. The wetzel bits are great for sharing as you get about 10 pieces in the bag. They are fluffy and oily as well and never chewy. The pretzels are great alone, but they are better paired with the many dips they have available. The best one is plain cheddar cheese and jalapeño cheese (it helps give it an extra kick of spicy). For a filling snack get the bits with mini hot dogs wrapped around a pretzel those are great with ketchup. If you want something sweet they have the cinnamon pretzel or you can get the cinnamon dip for a lighter sweetness. The dipping sauces are not free, but you get a lot which is good for one pretzel. This is in a busy shopping area so it is rare that the pretzels sit in the counter for long periods of time, they always refill it with fresh ones quickly and sometimes you have to wait for 5 minutes for them to restock since they sell out on busy nights. We always get our order quickly even when they are busy and they get all our items correctly. They have slushy drinks that are fruit flavored which pairs perfectly with their soft baked bread. read more

As I was leaving the block to go get a few drinks with friends elsewhere, I realized that I was still starved and I decided to grab a pretzel dog here... *ugggghhhhhh* HORRIBLE! absolutely horrible decision... I am not sure if the dog was fully cooked as the pretzel wrapping seemed to not be fully cooked... so yeah be careful all... I felt a lil bit nauseous after eating it but my iron clad stomach was able to pull through in the end. The customer service here was not that great either. A pretzel dog and a lemonade were around $8, had I realized it was that pricey for the crap I got I would have had a real meal at any of the other food vendors. Out of all the Wetzel's locations I have tried (and I have tried a few) this one has had the freshest, tastiest pretzels. I love the pepperoni twist pretzel. I just eat it by itself without the dipping sauce, 'cause it has enough cheese & pepporoni to please! I also like the original pretzel with cheese dipping sauce. I ordered the original Wetzel bites expecting nice warm fresh bread, especially since they said I would need to wait 5 minutes for it. What I got was warm, soggy bread instead. :( It looked fresh, when it came out of the oven, but in between the time it came out and until it was served, the workers put a whole mess of butter glaze all over it (Although, I highly doubt the glaze was pure butter). Yes, it is suppose to taste buttery, but the inside shouldn't looked like it absorbed trans fat. This is my guilty pleasure on my lunch break. The location is in the Outlets at Orange, an outdoor shopping center. They don't like to run the air conditioning at this location. It's high volume, so you typically get fresh stuff. If it doesn't look fresh, they will remake for you, but it'll take ten minutes. It's friendly people and fast service. read more

This place is terrible. They are too lazy to change out the soda and that was coming over the managers direction to "tell them we ran out" instead of changing it out as we Asked. Then the girl at the counter had Zero customer service. To top it off the soda I DID get had 2 ice cubes (thankfully) because when I opened the lid to show my friend I saw the bugs in my drink! I went in to get a refund and was asked if I wanted another soda but that's disgusting. I demanded a refund of our entire order of $12.39 and was refunded $11.26. Okay, we lover pretzels. Especially soft pretzels! Our family usually gets our pretzel fix from Auntie Annes, but we had the frequent card that would give us 2 free pretzels. So we walked by the Auntie Annes and went to the Wetzel's Pretzels' joint. Not as good as AA but I still would recommend Wetzel's for their salted pretzel's. We ordered the Pretzels Dogs for the Kids and salted pretzels for us. Kids didn't really enjoy the Pretzel Dog since the hot dog is pretty big for the pretzel portion they use. I think if their going to make the items they should just use the regular sized dogs rather then using the extra large hot dogs for the pretzel dogs. I would rather pay money for a quality item then the quantity I get. But preferably both if possible. read more

Where to start with this franchise wetzel pretzel.. 1: the little high schooler cashier had a bad attitude, she ruined what last bit of my Sunday I was trying to enjoy. 2: no greetings nor did we get a acknowledgement for us customers waiting in line. 3: the cashier was pushy and didn't let us choose what pink lemonade we wanted. Would give this place no stars if I could. I actually never had a bad experience there until today. Bought a pepperoni pretzel and when I broke off a piece and took a bite I then noticed it was flat and had a baking powder kind of taste to it. I couldn't go return it right away because my movie was getting ready to start, so I went back later and the manager pretty much said oh you should have brought it back earlier. We can't do nothing about it now and wouldn't exchange it or give a refund. Seems to be the same manager I noticed described in a previous review.
