This laundromat is so clean and comfortable. Suzy, the owner, works so hard for the business and customers. I first went there about four years ago on an early Saturday morning, after reading a good review, when I had a jacket to wash that was too big for my washer. I knew I was going to need help but I never had to ask, Suzy greeted me and asked if I needed help. I did and she helped. Then we had a nice conversation. Fast forward to last week. I needed to do a large load of laundry for a relative. I went back. Suzy asked as soon as I got there, 'do you need help?'. I did. She helped and let me know she had complimentary coffee and tea, free Wifi and TV. Mostly people don't watch TV and I didn't want to either. I had reading material and she has comfortable places to sit. People seemed to get lost in their own little world, or conversation, and passed time as the laundry got done. The place is so clean. When I was there the first time, I watched Suzi remove the smallest amounts of lint from under the dryers with a coat hanger. This time I asked where the bathroom was. Suzy told me where and said "it's clean". And it was. At the end she asked if we needed hangers for the shirts for a better presentation of the laundry for my relative. And this was about 8pm after she had put in a long day. She still had the energy and desire to make our experience the best it could be. The place is great. Suzy is amazing. The first impression you get when you walk in is that it is a child friendly place. There are toys, a couple of fish tanks, books, and a "museum" with historical artifacts chronicling not only the history of laundry but even fashion. This will be the most fun you will ever have doing laundry. Even if you have a machine at home, you should come do a load at this place and ask Suzy for a tour. It's coin op so no card purchase. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. My kiddo did not even miss the TV or ask for help connecting to the free wifi. The place is CLEAN. There is no mold or algae in the machines and you can't even find lint or dust bunnies. I wasn't even disgusted by the stool to reach the top of the machine, which I didn't have to touch with my hand to use. I had been going to a self service place with no staff that took cards in the machines but it was nice to be offered a container to hold my coins and also to be able to add time to my dryers without having to redip the card and get confused as to whether it's displaying the time I have left, what I just paid or the card balance. There are 4 huge machines (in addition to smaller sized ones) that will wash your clothing in a time saving 25 minutes and the dryers worked flawlessly. There is a fax service here so you don't have to drive into the heart of the town if you need that service. read more

Great little laundromat! I went by my usual laundromat with a load of blankets that my home machine can't handle. The one large machine there was in use, so I remembered that there's another laundromat in the mall on Route 55 and Titusville Road in LaGrange. Very glad I went. This laundromat, "We've Got Your Sock", probably a paean to all those mismatched socks, had not one but four large machines. Also, Suzy and Frank, the acerbic, funny and very customer service-oriented management team, were very ready to help. Unlike other laundromats which are cleaned morning and evenings but unattended otherwise, Suzy will offer you coffee and other beverages, will provide you with a courtesy card that you have stamped every time you come in for an eventual credit towards a laundry service, and will help you get connected to the in-house free Wi-Fi. They are there 363 days per year. There's a nice place to sit, plenty of books for kids, if you have them with you, the normal offerings of soap and laundry additives, and an entertaining collection of vintage clothes hung on the wall above the machine. The place is not elegant, don't get me wrong. It's a laundromat in a strip mall, but a good one. The proprietor offers other unique services as well - pick-up and delivery (!) within 20 miles, drop-off laundry service, tailoring and more. Highly recommended. read more

I recently located to the area in July 2019. Not being too familiar with the area,I found a laundry facility close to my home...( I hated going there; the atmosphere was very cold and unwelcoming, the attendant was bothered when asked to exchange bills for coins, the dispensers for laundry products didn't work and to top it off, the facility was dirty. I would often wait until I took a trip home to Mom's to do my laundry. I googled, laundry facility near me..." We got your sock",came up on yelp. I read the reviews and discovered it was only three miles from my apartment, so I decide to take a ride. Upon entering the facility I was 100% impressed as I looked around assessing the facility; I sighed with pleasure. Immediately, I knew this was the place for me. Suzy the operator was amazing she was warm and welcoming.; never in my life have I experienced such gracious service in a laundry facility. Suzy offered a wonderful personality, change in a cup, tea, coffee or water. Suzy asked" what could she do to make your stay pleasurable". I came here just over a month ago with a lot of laundry. Susie was very accomodating to my request of having about 6 different instructions between the temperature of wash water and drying heat, clothes being hung dry and some clothes being dry cleaned. My experience with dropping off clothes was very pleasant, easy and quick and so was picking them up. They were ready for pickup when I was told they'd be ready. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. All my clothes are very important to me and all of them made it back to me safely. I don't generally get/need wash and fold done as I have access to laundry and will use "we've got your sock" in the future. I appreciate how Susie went out of her way to be kind and helpful, especially since I originally was hesitant to have my laundry done by anyone else but myself. I haven't been there since I got my laundry done a month ago and am hoping to drop off a few of my delicate sweaters to be washed in the next couple days! Suzy is AMAZING she truly deserves nothing but the best . If you want a place where you can truly feel comfortable, happy and cared for then this is the place for you! I can honestly say my wife and I are now EXCITED to do laundry every week , which is something we used to dread doing . We have tried Numerous different laundry Mats throughout Dutchess County and NO place can even come close to Suzy's place. This place is extremely clean , has a fun atmosphere and Suzy is professional and honestly super down to earth. Suzy actually cares about people and LOVES what she does . You will see it because it is evident every time you come in. She offers coffee, tea and hot chocolate every visit amongst many other perks to being a regular customer. Oh yeah ! You can come In and enjoy some great conversation and get some lunch and eat while you do your laundry! What laundry mat lets you do that???! All in all I HIGHLY suggest this place . This laundry service is the about best!!!...long story short I've been using their pickup and delivery service and enjoying it to the utmost...well. I had my laundry delivered on Jan 20 by Mike with no problem...eventually I got around d to putting it away and noticed a few ite.s appeared to be missing...I called and spoke to Suzy (owner) who was very concerned and assured me she would immediately start tracing my order...Suzy called me back in minutes with Mike the delivery person and asked me about a certain shirt (Mike) remembered the shirt) it is the policy to take a pic of the items being delivered...I'm glad he took the pic and remembered the shirt; it jarred something in my memory and needless to say with him remembering in fine detail my exquisitely lau Derek clothes were located in another closet in my home...how embarrassing...the biggest shout out to Suzy, Mike, and every person that makes this business EXCEPTIONAL...well worth every penny I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! read more

I can't say enough nice things about Suzy and the Lagrangeville We've Got Your Sock Laundromat. I've used their services three times now and each time has been perfect. The shop is always so clean. My comforters were cleaned and dried perfectly. Sheets where soft and nicely folded (YES even the fitted sheets, lol). Everything is either in your laundry bag or in great plastic cubes. I have a washing machine, but not a dryer. I usually hang everything to dry, but these items were to be used by company, so I wanted them to be drier soft. My preference for detergent is unscented and I love that I have this option at no additional charge. Top quality laundry detergents are used. I love getting my things cleaned here. I think Suzy is great! She does ask a lot of questions, not pertinent to your order, but she's just making conversation and getting to know the people who visit her store. I don't know how pricing compares with other places, but to me worth the cost. read more

This place is AWESOME!!!! First time I used facilities. The owner Suzy, wonderfully welcoming and helpful. She explained all the services available, and assisted me in choosing the appropriate machines for my heavy comforters. She helped me pick the most economical way to complete my wash. Very helpful and very friendly. The temperature outside was over 80*, but the air conditioning was VERY comfortable. THAT has NEVER happened at any laundromat I have ever been to before. The vintage clothing collection is AMAZING! Had a wonderful chat with her and S.O. Fantastic experience, never did I ever think that doing laundry at a laundromat could be so enjoyable. Recently my washer and dryer decided to call it quits. I drove over to We've Got Your Sock in Lagrange, with a truck full of laundry. I have to say that for a woman of advanced years, I've had little need for laundromats in my life and I find them to be quite intimidating. I have used their drop off service many times (wash, dry & fold) and I have always found the owner, Suzy to be a true delight.. this time as I entered her space, she was even more pleasant, helpful and accommodating. She is a warm and friendly woman with a passion for what she does. It is obvious the pride she takes in her business as the space is exceptionally clean with working washers & dryers of various sizes. She graciously put up with my endless questions and concerns. In the end, she made me feel welcome and (most) of my fears are gone. By the way, they also have a pick up service for 20 lbs of laundry or more if you live within a twenty mile radius of the store. read more

I've been in the dry cleaning business for 8 years and recently switched careers and moved. I was nervous to try a new cleaners in my new area but based on searching and reviews, I decided to try We've Got Your Sock. The only reviews that weren't wonderful were from people who it appears don't understand dry cleaning. I don't say that in a rude way by any means but some people just aren't very knowledgeable about the process, difficulty of stain removal, etc. With that being said, I couldn't be happier with my new cleaners. The owner is wonderful and stands by her customers. (Trust me, a lot of cleaners don't). The turnaround is very quick and they even call you when your clothes come in if you want them to. The clothes are cleaned and pressed extremely well. I've never seen a better crease on a pair of pants. It's overall a really pleasant experience. I will continue to use them and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know! read more

I can't say enough good things about this laundromat. Yes, it may be a bit more expensive than some other places, but the quality and experience are absolutely worth it. The facility is spotless and well maintained with machines that work perfectly every time. The owner, Susie is friendly and helpful and always ready to answer questions or assist if needed. She offers free coffee, tea, hot chocolate. She is an expert at stain removal. There's plenty of seating, great lighting, and free Wi-Fi making it a comfortable place to wait while your laundry is being done. I am very particular with cleanliness and value customer service. I've washed in laundromats since I was 18 yrs old. Recently my washer broke and I quickly found out the laundromat down the street from my house was gross. So I reached out to the Facebook group for dutchess moms for a recommendation... I have NEVER been to a laundromat as PERFECT as this... clean, courteous, and relaxing... yup you read that correctly... the owner/operator, Suzy, greets everyone with upbeat personality and offers free hot beverages, wifi, and TV. This place is decorated with historical laundry... provides toys for the little ones... and books. If you want to sit and relax there's even a seating area. My clothes is cleaned properly and I recently took advantage of the dry cleaning which also returned pristine clothing. Folks, can't get better than this. read more

There is no better service. Suzy understands the value of time, quality, thoroughness, diligence, and also communication. We used the drop-off and pickup service and everything was beautifully done, perfectly folded, and re-packaged in a super professional manner. The cost was so low, easily less than half of what a hotel might charge for a similar service - except much faster, and the best quality. Through text and phone communication, no detail was missed, and the service took hours less time than expected. It was amazing, because due to our circumstances, we had a short-notice drop off and it was just turned around with amazing speed. Suzy is the BEST laundromat owner I have ever met! As soon as we walked in for the first time she greeted us with a warm welcome and immediately helped us pick out the right size washer. She is a master at customer service. She even knew the exact amount of time the load needed to be dried just by feeling how damp the sheets were! Talking with Suzy and just looking at the cool things she has around the laundromat like the clothesline of vintage clothes to the awesome vintage Maytag washer made the time fly by! The laundromat is clean, smells great, and comfortable. When we were leaving she gave us a loyalty card and a mint for the road! Books galore for little people to read while they're there with you, and they can play with a Little Tikes washer and pretend to so laundry. Let me start by saying, you should not spend your money at any other laundromat in the area, EVER. Who thought you could ever have a "good experience" at a laundromat. No I'm not talking about when you go do your laundry and then it's all done then you leave. I'm talking you walked in because your washing machine broke and you then contemplate ever getting it fixed because Suzy and frank are awesome and you want to come here more and support their business. Instead of agreeing with my that I needed to use two machines and spend more money. Suzy said don't waste your money you could fit it all in one, rarely do you meet an owner of a business looking out for your best interest, especially in the laundromat business. My mom, toddler, and I visited this location over the summer and had a very pleasant experience while doing laundry. The owner was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our experience from start to finish. There was also a wide variety of washing machines sizes for different loads and prices. Not only was this place extremely clean, the owner went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Offering us help with navigatiting through the store, help with machines, and coffee at the end. All while doing the same for other customers too. My toddler daughter loved it here too. There were interesting toys for her to play with too. Puppet stand, laundry stations, books...just to name a few. We will definitely return in the future! read more
