If you don't get one of the free spots right in front, you have to pay, on the weekend it was free for the first 2 hours. Paying for parking is always a deal breaker for me when it comes to grabbing a matcha. Also, they played Disney Channel-type music pretty much the entire 3 hours we were there. A little more variety would've been nice. Even some calm lo-fi music would've fit better since most people were studying or catching up with friends. It was just a little distracting after a while. That said, I'd still come back, especially since they have events here pretty regularly.

This spot (near AT&T Stadium where the Cowboys play) was incredible. The space itself is huge with room outside, downstairs, and upstairs. Seriously, it's massive, yet still has a great coffee shop feel which is great. Our baristas were extremely friendly and when it came to customizing the avocado bread for my gluten free needs, they didn't hesitate. Their gluten free bread was really good which isn't always the case. As for my coffee, I loved it. Great oatmilk and the espresso was on point. We liked it so much, we drove back there the next day with more of our friends and they loved it. If I lived in the area, this would be a strong consideration for my local shop. Well done guys!

Anyways, the girl in the front was so kind and courteous to this woman, despite her being so rude. Hats off to her, I wish I got her name, but I did compliment her on how she handled it. They have plenty of tables/chairs downstairs and some upstairs and great outdoor patio for those with dogs. I come here often and bring visiting friends here too.

Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

It's close by to TCU, so we ran into a lot of students needing a some caffeine boost. We were lucky to find street parking right in front of the shop. I can imagine how hard it would be to find parking during busy rush hour. I like their line up of condensed milk behind the counter- that's how you know they are not joking around. My iced Vietnamese coffee was creamy and not too sweet with a strong coffee taste. Some Vietnamese coffee are too strong and make me feel queasy, but not this coffee! I wish it was close by. This shop is so cute and the perfect place to open up a laptop to get work done. I'll be back if I'm on this side of town again.
