Jason is amazing. He walked us through every step of the process for picking the right equipment for our property. He was incredibly kind and patient, never once making us feel embarrassed for our lack of knowledge or experience. The tractor was delivered to our home within a few days of purchase, and Jason himself came out and gave us a crash course on how to operate it, attach and detach implements, and do basic maintenance. In total, he spent about five hours working with us one-on-one. It is so important to know that we did not only buy a quality piece of equipment, but that we are working with a dealership that we feel comfortable with and that is going to be there for us. The support and guidance Greenhill has *already* displayed is on a completely different level than any other dealership we visited while making our decision. 10/10 would highly recommend. I called to discuss this with them. I was directed to Bumper and received the tongue lashing of my life. About two sentences into my account I was cut off by a terrible rant of which I have never heard the likes. He yelled accusations, lies, personal insults and threats to where I could barely get a word in edgewise. My mechanic and I had to call three times because he kept hanging up on us.
