In the next 15 mins while we made our way over on foot, I received a phone call and a couple of text messages asking if "we're here" and "how long will it take us". When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly welcome. We asked for a 1-hr massage but were told no, only 45 mins. Then we realised they only had 45 mins to spare, which was fine. I wanted a Swedish massage, but was told no - only deep tissue. Massage itself was decent, until my masseuse had to leave the room abruptly in the middle of it, left half of my butt cheek in the open with the door unclosed. The treatment felt rushed, my arms and hands were not touched at all. This was probably a 3.5 rating but couldn't bring myself to round up.
