We rented this a while back for our girls end of softball season party and it was not the best experience. When booking it was a pretty decent experience to book, they provided a lot of references for balloons and were quick with responding. The day of getting the rental was not as pleasant. The initial drop off time in our contract was 11am, we received a text at 7:13 am saying it would be dropped off in 20 mins. Luckily it was at someone's home and not a venue because no one would have been there to receive. Whenever I responded I got no responses back to my messages. We then had some issues with a large hole in the side the would not stay closed to keep the bubble up. We ended up having to use tape to improvise. When reaching out about that we got a pretty straight forward response but they really didn't seem to care much. Pick up was slotted for 6 in our contract and I actually don't remember what time they ended up picking it up because we had left once the event was over and we didn't get any response when asking the ETA of pick up. They did end up offering us a free rental I believe for a future party when all was said and done but due to lack of customer service I don't think I would rent from them again. read more

These guys are just great Great service! Mike is so easy to work with, very reliable and easy to get ahold of. Day of the event was very smooth. The moon bounce was clean and good quality. (I have very high standards, that's a big one for me) During set up they were very flexible, easy going and prepared. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Pricing was fair too! They wouldn't answer me and when they would they would make up ridiculous excuses to why the couldn't send me the rest of my refund. If you're planning a chill party, I'd strongly advise against booking this company. They might be a hit with celebs and influencers, but they definitely don't serve well for the general public. We decided to rent a balloon house from them because they have a massive Instagram following and are pretty famous on social media. But man, that balloon house was a disaster! It had so many holes, the doors were a pain to open and close, and it even collapsed a few times with kids inside. It was an absolute nightmare. I tried reaching out to the owner multiple times, but he ghosted me for a while. When he finally responded, all he offered was a measly 10% discount for all the trouble. The balloon house cost us over $500, and $50 doesn't even come close to making up for the broken heart of my little one. After that, he disappeared again, and no discounts ever materialized. Trust me, don't even consider hiring them! I regret it so much. Unfortunately, I had to file a dispute against their business. Cancelled before the deadline and after multiple attempts (3 months worth of attempts) they did not want to give my deposit back. Their customer service was great, just the refunding process was a nightmare -- gaslighting, ghosting, and only got a response back when I said my attorney was going to reach out to them today, 3/5/25. Really wish this wasn't my experience but they post constantly of them doing other parties so...strange thing to drag your feet on. read more

Wow I wish I read these reviews before I booked for my daughter's birthday!! I found out about this vendor through my balloon vendor and she said she had used them multiple times. They seemed legit on instagram. When I was ready to book they were responsive immediately and had everything lined up. Come day of event I had paid the full $510 for one aesthetic bounce house that my balloon vendor was going to make a garland on. They were supposed to arrive at 10am for set up party started at 11am. 10:30 arrived and no one had contacted me or shown up. I attempted reaching out multiple times via phone call but they would respond via text when they felt like it. They couldn't get me an eta and said they were running late from the party set up before mine. At this point it was already 11am and my guests were arriving. My balloon vendor had to leave so she wouldn't be more late for another party set up. They finally responded to me at 11:30am and said they could arrive by 12:30am earliest... an hour and a half AFTER my party had started. They apologized and offered me a discount for the NEXT TIME I book them. Like no sorry I'm not booking you again after this service. By this point guests were already arriving and setting up where the bounce house was supposed to go. So I said I wanted a full refund immediately and no longer wanted them to come to my party. Then they proceeded to ghost me for 5 days while my husband and I repeatedly tried to contact them. Finally they sent me my money back! But honestly them not showing up was a domino effect of a lot of other things that didn't make the party run as smoothly as I had originally planned. You spend a lot of money and time planning a nice event for your kids, friends, and family ...just be professional. You need to contact people to let them know your eta. Later my balloon lady told me she found out through social media that What's Bouncing booked a last minute party that same day which threw off their set up times. So disorganized! read more

Please do not use this company. I am happy to tell you there are a number of better companies out there. I wish someone had warned me. Their Instagram is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! He showed up forty five minutes AFTER my daughter's birthday started. He said he would be there by noon which then moved to 1, then 2, then 3:15. Her party started at 2:30. It was really sad and embarrassing. I booked both the balloon house and a bounce house. When he finally arrived I told him I found a replacement bounce house with ONE HR notice through our event venue and he could refund us and take the rentals home with him. He profusely apologized and said it would be on him. Since the party has ended I tried to call him and text him and email him repeatedly. Radio silence. I paid over a thousand dollars for 1 hr and 15 minutes of service that more importantly was beyond late. I can tell you that Bounce On rentals saved the day and I have gone ahead and contacted the better business bureau to investigate this company. Happy to discuss directly with anyone but Mike should not have your business. OH, one more thing, the rentals arrived filthy and naturally there was no time to clean them or decorate them.
