Best pho place in the Parker area. Very good broth and plenty of noodles, meat and toppings (jalepeno, lime, basil, sprouts) to make a satisfying and delicious bowl of soup. This has become my go to place. I typically order the rare beef pho, medium size. I have a good sized appetite and it always is MORE than enough. Get in my belly! Delicious food and boba. Been to many pho restaurants in town, and this is easily one of the best pho broths around. I even tried the vegetable pho which uses a vege based soup and it was delicious. The boba balls are perfectly chewey if you know what I mean. My husband and I used to love this place for the pho and cozy atmosphere. Lately, the service has been increasingly getting worse. I went tonight with my husband and sister to celebrate her birthday. When we walked in, there were only a couple open tables and several dirty booths. I asked the one employee working the front if we could potentially have a booth and instead of kindly telling me it would be a little bit of a wait, I was chastised in front of the entire restaurant and told to choose an open clean table. We ended up leaving. Last time we dined in it took forever to get our food and others who had been there after us got their food first. We likely won't be returning as the main staff member who works here is consistently overwhelmed and overworked. They need to hire more help to serve their large number of carry out orders and be able to give good and timely service to dine in guests rather than overwhelming one person with all of the work. read more

We ordered the chicken pho & spring rolls delivered to our hotel. The chicken taste about a week old and super dry. The broth had no flavor. The spring rolls weren't rolled tight & lettuce was falling out everywhere as we tried to hold it all together to eat it. There was not a single napkin or utensils in the bag for a "to go delivery order" and the hotel didn't have any either. We couldn't even eat it and when I called for a manager, she "stepped out" and I was told she would call me back. No callback and a waste of $57 for food and delivery. read more

Only had take out. Pho is packaged nicely with broth and meats/veggies/noodles separately. Meat and veggies are clearly very high quality and the veggies are extremely fresh/crispy. Steak is beautiful and lightly frozen and sliced perfectly. Brisket is pretty and appropriately fatty. The broth is perfect and I suppose that is why they offer just a bowl of broth - I'd eat that. I break out one of my big soup bowls - pour in a generous of broth and nuke it till it's screaming hot, add half of my noodles, meats, veggies and a good sized portion of the provided hot sauce. Best take on Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam!! When I eat their banh Minh it takes me back to Hanoi with how authentic and earthy this sandwich is. I added a fried egg and it was the icing on the cake. Today I went there for the second day in a row to try the pho, and for peats sake the pho was out of this world! It's all the little things this business puts into their food that puts them above the rest. The ladies working there are so nice and accommodating, offering me water while I wait for my takeout. The staff is very friendly. Great menu with lots of the standard Vietnamese fare. I went with a combo rice plate. Beef, chicken, pork and shrimp, relish of carrots and jicama with 3 pieces of crispy Vietnamese rolls and a heaping pile of rice. The fish sauce was great! All the meat was flavorful, soft and not dried out. We will definitely eat here again, my family eats a lot of Pho and Vietnamese. read more

We love the vegetable spring rolls and crab cheese wontons to start. We've gone back and forth with the chicken vermisciil bowl, shrimp fried rice, and our absolute favorite vegetable tofu pho. For a sweet treat we always finish with the boba teas. We love the matcha green tea, taro, honey dew and lychee. This place is very kid friendly which is a plus and they remember their customers.
