She's also quite organized: when I went on another trip nearly a year later, she took care of my pets without needing to revisit and had her notes from before. Especially during a boom, finding a good pet sitter at a reasonable price is difficult in Midland so definitely book in advance if you know you'll be going out of town.

The person who answers the phone says, "I only speak normal English." Finally, he says, why do you call me? If you can't come, wash your dog at home; you don't need an appointment; the place is open 24/7. I don't want to support this type of business where they can't have a regular and respectful conversation with a client, no matter what language or if the person has an accent.
