She yelled that I am fired (was I hired though?) and literally put all my effort to get my dogs with me to Hawaii down to drain. I do not appreciate the attitude she gave me. She can yell on her children or her relatives all she wants, but as a customer service rep she does a terrible job of keeping her anger in check. It was the worst experience I have ever had. She just left us in the back of clinic and was loudly telling it to her co-workers behind the door while I was trying to find my way out.

Max,the owner has become a dear friend to me over the yrs. Approximately 6 months ago a big dog she was grooming bit her on the wrist. She eventually had to go see an orthopedic specialist because her hand slowly got worse. She ended up being rushed to Lubbock & had to have emergency surgery from a severe infection in her wrist bones,as well as her entire arm. All said & done she's had 5 or 6 surgeries. And now all phones are disconnected including her cell. Max, if you see this message please call me. I've tried for weeks to get ahold of you & I'm extremely worried about you my friend!!
