I have had my dogs at this place several times with no problems and I'm just now being told after months go by and now I'm need her kenneled that my larger dog had attacked one of the girls. Now, my dog has never been aggressive towards anyone. She is a rescue dog, and what her old home was like, we could tell she wasn't in a good environment. So we have been training her to not jump on people. That's the only bad thing she does. The last time I picked her up I was told she jumped on her but not attacked. I did tell the girl they had my permission to push her down and tell her no because she does like to jump on people. She gets excited. I am just so upset this is just now being told to me. FAbulous place for grooming - dogs seem to have fun and they do a GREAT job. Jamie is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with his look and cut. Boarding situation not so much. I think they have so much going on with day care and grooming that the boarding takes a back seat. I only took my guy once for boarding because he came home with half of the food bags I had carefully prepared. So he only got fed once a day - not his usual twice. He was one hungry dog!! read more

I take my dog here frequently and she always comes home happy and tired, which makes me happy of course! Day care is especially fun for her and she is always wagging her tail when we show up. She loves the people at Animal Clips and they always take great care. They open early enough to get your dog in before work, which is really helpful. We have boarded her there several times as well and it is one of the only places I feel comfortable leaving my precious pup. Animal clips does great grooming as well. Here it is. The grooming is good. I like that they take the time to ask you if there is anything that you do not like and want to have fixed. I have taken my Shih Tzu there twice now. The first time I wasn't really happy with the cut but my husband took him because I had to work. So the next time I took him and they did a better job of doing what I described. I do not mind the grooming part. Now, the boarding. The first time we boarded them there, as far as I know, it went great. We have a boxer/pit mixed and she is very aggressive with other dogs. So we informed them that they had to be separated. They were gracious and put them in the senior section. So the next time I call, it was last minute but they said they had room for both of our dogs. So we take them in two days later only to find out she thought I only wanted to board one dog and not both. Even though I know I told her that I wanted them both boarded. Why would I only board one? Anyway. So we cancelled our plans. The next time I called a week in advance, made sure I told her that I wanted BOTH dogs boarded and that they had to be separated from the other dogs. She pulled my card and saw that it was written on the there that they had to be separated from other dogs. I spoke with Cat, she said it was no problem that they had room. Our plans ended up changing at the last minute, my husband had to work, so I called on Friday, which was the day we were supposed to drop them off and go to Austin. I called Cat Friday morning to let her know. I told her my name and that I had schedule to drop my dogs off that day for the weekend. She had NO record of them being boarded for the weekend. Nothing. No note, nothing on the big board. She asked to whom did I speak with to schedule the boarding. When I informed her that it was herself that I had spoke with she said she didn't understand why they were not on the board and would have a talk with her receptionist. Good thing I was calling to cancel because they didn't have any room for the dogs. I am not sure I want to go back but I hate to try to find a new groomer. read more

I have taken my fur babies here several times and each time we are scheduled an appointment I am always told that their next available is a week and a half into the future? Okay. I agree I take the fur babies to their appointment and even if they are number four, fifth, and sixth they are always the last ones out. These are suppose to be served in the order they come in according to the receptionist and owner but really aren't. I finally called and spoke to Cat (the owner) and voiced my complaint only to be told that she is a Christian woman who can't help me and would delete me from her system just because she couldn't take criticism of her business? That is fine, I am not going to get upset over you deleting me. I can do business elsewhere, what concerns me is that you use a label "Christian" to say that you will let my concerns and complaints roll off your shoulder? No, ma'am don't use your religious label here, you are a business owner who if you really cared about your customers and business will kindly sit or stand, listen and learn on a way that can make your customer satisfied and happy. You just don't brush them off when they are giving you a negative comment about your business. Being a Christian does not allow you to disrespect anyone, so please next time you are being criticized on how your business is run take it and learn from it. The customer should always be right, it is because of us that you have a business. read more

I took my three dogs here today for the first time today to get their nails cut and I was very impressed with the place. Lots of dogs as they not only do grooming and boarding but they offer doggy daycare as well and they had a lot of dogs. They have a lot of staff and everyone was friendly. I even made an appointment to bring one of my dogs back for a hair cut. read more
