Honestly wouldn't order delivery from here unless you want to risk food poisoning or perhaps you like spending $50 on room temp pizza and chicken wings....honestly wish I took a pic of the pizza all the cheese had already cooled and was getting hard. Whatta Lotta Pizza is an amazing pizza place. Price and taste are perfect. But customer service? Not so much. I walked in and ordered one medium pepperoni pizza. It gave me a wait time of 8 minutes. As I waited for 8 minutes, 3 people got their orders. One being an order of 3 pizzas and 3 sides. Once they all got their orders, I waited for another 10 minutes. I'm giving the one star for the pizza, and zero stars for the service. Was given a total over the phone when ordering and an estimated delivery time. After calling the restaurant to ask for an updated estimate they told me the pizza was out for delivery, at that point we were at an hour when given the estimate of 40 minutes when I ordered. 15 minutes later still nothing so I called back. They told me the same thing. Finally almost an hour and a half after ordering the pizza showed up. I was taken back when they said $29. When I ordered I was told the total would be $23. I asked for a receipt to show why it was a lot more than the total I was given when ordering, zero response from the delivery person. Might have been a bad experience, but none the less, there was zero resolve when I asked for it. read more

Excellent pizza and cheesy bread! We've only ever ordered delivery but have ordered at least a half a dozen times. We tend to get the Supreme minus green peppers and add pineapple (mind your business!) and a side of the cheesy garlic bread and salad. Their pastrami pizza is one of the best, always comes with reservations when we tell people about it, then they try it and are sold. Mike and his family work there and they are wonderful people. But to my dismay it is not to be the case. Both pizzas lacked any flavor at all. Having worked in the pizza and restaurant business in the past we all know when it comes to any pizza creation.. Low quality pizza, low quality service. Store manager (Daniel I think) is too entitled to listen to anyone on the other line, even though we are here to fund his paychecks. I tried to order pizza on their website and they charged my card 3x without an order confirmation- when I called they did not receive my order. When asking if they had a number to call about a refund & if i could place an order over the phone and see if it works correctly he continued to talk over me. Last night we ordered a Gluten Free Pizza and Antipasto Salad through their website for delivery. I added in the notes to call or text prior to arriving as we were at a club and the doors were locked. That did not happen and the driver was able to get in. I do not speak Spanish and he struggled with English. There were no condiments or plates. The salad came with one small ranch dressing. I thought it would be Italian. Luckily the club had plates so we were able to split it. I would recommended this pizza place but would ask than you all make sure you add notes for anything else like condiments, silverware, napkins and plates. read more

I absolutely love going to Whata Lotta Pizza. My kids love it. It's consistent every time I order and the products are the same. I don't have to worry about toppings because their portions are consistently appropriate every time I go! Management is excellent. Looks like all the employees love working there, so you know the management gotta be great.
