Best Pizza I've Ever Had, 2nd to none. I went to First Class Pizza today for the first time. I gotten the Medium Pizza with two toppings. Half with Pineapple and Sausage, the other half with Pineapple and ham. That was awesome they let me customize it like that. The guy who help me with my order was really kind, he told me his father's name is Derek too. I was asking about the pricing and he even gave me a $2 discount. First Class used to taste exceptional. My favorite was the pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and garlic. Something has changed. The last few times the pizza has barely been average. I don't think I've ever been here where there wasn't some team party going on. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered pizza tonight and the delivery driver dropped it at our door. When we opened the box, the entire pizza had slid to one side and into the corner of the box. Most of the slices had all the toppings completely slid off--clearly damaged and not edible as intended. When we contacted First Class Pizza, instead of taking responsibility, we were told they "couldn't do anything" and to contact Toast. This is ridiculous. We ordered your food, delivered by your driver, and you refused to stand behind your product or take care of a simple issue for your customer. My boyfriend and I got the Large Combo Pizza to share with his family of 5 and it was enough where we had extras too. I judge how good a pizza is based off the crust and the sausage and this place did it for me. The crust was crispy and chewy to perfectly balance the heavy meal while the sausage was smokey and perfectly seasoned. The tomato sauce wasn't overly made so you're still able to taste the other ingredients on the pizza instead of just pure sauce. It was packed full of fresh veggies, and could easily feed 4-6 people. Secondarily, the porker blows away other places "meatlovers" pizzas. The meat is piled high on this pizza. I could only eat two slices. In addition, the crust is crispy and chewy. Lastly, I saved the sandwich for the next day. Nonetheless, it was packed w/ so much meatballs & cheese, I could only eat half at one sitting. Regarding the ambiance, there is a bar area for beer & wine, as well as family size tables, and big TVs to watch sports. The service was efficient and friendly. I ordered take-out and my order was ready on time and assembled quickly. The owner was at the FOH working her tail off, as most small business owners have to. I have a new go to place for pizza. The prices are comparable to other places, but you get a lot more. The only downside is a $7.50 delivery fee. However, FCP is close enuf that I can get take out, if I don't feel like dining in. They are called First Class Pizza and they live up to their name. The pizza we ordered was delicious and that cheese pull! Immaculate! The crust was perfectly cooked. It crunched where it needed and the crust was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The service is good.
