Waited over 20 minutes for a biscuit and coffee. Only had 4 cars in front of me. What takes so long????

This is my local Whataburger. I have visited this location numerous times and have permanently crossed this restaurant off my list. The wait is inexcusable, in my experience there is a moderate to high chance that your order will be wrong. The employees are indifferent. I highly recommend finding a different Whataburger to patronize. From my perspective at the front of the house, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. read more

Worst whataburger of all time. Nine people standing around and still got my orde wrong. Every time there is an issue here. Stay away!

This used to be a pretty good Whataburger but has been going downhill for past couple of years. Today I placed an order and paid for it at the counter, my receipt was time stamped 4:28 pm. They were not at all busy inside and the drive through was only moderately busy. I finally received my order at 5:09 pm. What was even worse was that the manager on duty would not come out to the dining room to help the now growing number of people who were understandably frustrated, some of whom were wanting refunds. I have never left a review anywhere and very rarely complain even if approached by a manager but this restaurant has some serious management issues and they seem to be only getting worse! 40 minutes for 3 hamburgers and some chicken nuggets is beyond ridiculous! It is hard to image that the Chick-fil-A next door can find managers and workers who are competent but Whataburger can't! read more

ordered my food waited 20 minutes got my food thinking it was all there left got home and was missing a Buger uhh , went back with my receipt kid at register took it said I'll fix it I'm like ok. guy next too me says his whole order was wrong an other said he didn't want his burger with something and then his new Buger was the same I'm line u guys messed up his Buger twice thats crazy the manager finally came out after I saying if I wanted a refund I said yeah and asked me wha type buger I ordered I told her and five minutes later I get my burger she apologized and said my Buger was forgoten because they were busy a b.s excuse read more

TOO SLOW! Whatever you do don't get in the 2nd lane. They can't handle 2 lanes. I waited almost an hour - at least 50 minutes, and the gentlemen in a truck behind me got out - asked me if they were serving that lane - I told him "yes, someone had come over the speaker and asked me to give them a minute". He had to walk up to the windows and tell them to take my order. I was so frustrated by the time I left there. They waited on the other lane... all of the cars in the other lane went through while I was at the window, and 6 or 7 additional cars showed up in that lane and was waited on - cars that were not even there when I got to the speaker. Manager/Owner - this is not acceptable. I expect Whataburger to be slow - they usually are, but you need to do something. I won't be going back. I'm giving it the extra star because the employees are so nice and deserve better - poor guy was very frustrated and confused - he was trying to take orders and deliver orders outside at the same time. Get some more people working - that is expecting too much and your customers are waiting. read more

The young girl taking orders up front seemed to be the only one trying to move customers. Other than that I waited 45+ min for my food. The dining room wasn't even close to half full and no the drive threw wasn't busy. Worse service I've ever had a one. read more

Terrible experience. Stopped in for breakfast, would have went through the drive thru but too many cars. Went inside, and I'm actually still waiting for food and I've been here for over 20 minutes. Terrible service, awful experience. I will make it a point not to come back to this location. I like Whataburger in general, but this was awful. read more

I can never get a hot meal here it seems. I've been here several times already because it's whataburger, you know you're getting a decent burger and fries. But every time I get my usual #4, it comes out cold with a warm order of fries. read more

this place on apple maps says "open 24 hours" bit yet they said that they shut the doors at 11 pm. this is outrageous

Sat in line for 15 minutes in the drive-through and it didn't move. Went to the Wendy's next-door

I went inside to order because the drive thru is usually horrible. They will ask for your order but then stop listening and respond by saying "Huh?" (attitude horrible!), instead of "My apologies I did not get that. Can you repeat?" or just listening in the first place. With that, I placed my order inside. I was waiting for the order to made and sat down at a table - the one that I could find that was somewhat clean - most of the bench was dirty and the table was not clean. As I sat, I watched the prep station from where I was and the employee preparing the food was digging into the pickles, jalapenos, tomatoes, pressing down on the buns, adding bacon and chicken strips to sandwiches WITH HER BARE HANDS! And repeatedly wiping her hands on her apron - then dipping back in. I called for the manager (who took her own time getting to me) and she said I will remake your burgers. I accepted that offer, not thinking at the time, but she remade my burgers using the contaminated containers of tomatoes, prickles, jalapenos and lettuce the employee was dipping in with her bare hands. I trashed the burgers when I got home. Lately, I have been getting lack luster service anyway (no matter which Whataburger I go to) and the food quality is poor - cold and/or overcooked fries or fries cooked in old oil. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy - spilled soda by the soda machine, dirty tables - employees standing around doing nothing but goofing around - placed a "Wet Floor" sign up. Oh how I love the honey butter chicken biscuits!! It's so good, it'll make you want to slap your mama, her mama, and her mama's mama. Although I won't recommend that since you won't live long enough to finish your heavenly biscuit. But this location just kills me. I always go through the drive thru and they are as slow as molasses. You can pull up ordering breakfast but by the time you get to the freaking window, it's time to order lunch. I honestly just started bringing a magazine with me to kill the time. If only they can just work on delivering faster service. Oh and they're also skimpy with the honey butter so I advise you order extra (I just went ahead and bought a bottle from HEB lol)! The only reason I keep coming back is because it's super close to my house. Well until next time Whataburger. read more

We were so excited this was opening. We have given it time "to get better" but it still disappoints! Then I look at my account and see the last visit they double charged my order. I have been craving whataburger for a while now. So I pull up to this new one to try it out. I ordered for meals, three meal a like and one diffirent. I paid for the meals, get home and one of the burgers of the three a like had jalapenos on it. The fourth burger was ordered with onion rings but they put the onion rings in the wrong bad so someone else got my buger before I realized it. I love this location. Every time I go it's clean and the staff are friendly. The best thing is the wait time. Most other Whataburgers make you wait the same amount of time as a regular restaurant. This one is much quicker. read more

I love the food, but the service is absolutely awful. They completely misheard my order in the drive thru and I didn't realize until it was too late. It took forever to get my food out to me, and this was no where near the first time. For the past several times I have given Whataburger another chance to prove me wrong that their service is awful I am only further convinced that you should never go to Whataburger for dine-in or the drive thru unless you have a minimum of 30 minutes for your food to get out to you. read more
