Has to be the slowest "fast food" out there, and based on a much better experience at other locations it feels completely management and employee based. A single order of chicken nuggets, ordered in drive through, took almost 15 minutes. They never give you correct sauces unless you ask after getting your bag in hand. It seems to be that the standard wait time in the drive through is now 15 min. but the real issue is that every order is incorrect. The last 4 times the order was missing items, one order was missing fries, one order was missing a cheeseburger, one order was missing 1/2 the meat patty on a burger, and one order it was so cold that even the cheese was not melted - it actually was still hard. read more

I ordered my burger combo meal through their app. When I arrived, I checked in at the counter and they told me they were working on it and gave me my cup for my drink. 20 minutes later I went back to the counter to find out what the problem was and they could not find the order. They said they must've given it to somebody else. They rushed to give me a replacement meal, but didn't offer any apology or compensation. On the contrary, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Came to this location via drive through. Was not busy, maybe 2-3 cars in front of me. Ordered and the girl who was taking the order put the wrong sizes for the meals. The guy who was running B-lane gave me the wrong drinks and they charged me for extra creamy pepper sauce and I didn't even get it. I was hungry and looking forward to a delicious Whataburger only to be disappointed by the service and quality. They forgot my onion rings(that's fine), but when I park and go in to get my onion rings there were only 5 onion rings in my order. The burger looked good but when I took a bite, the bread was soggy and it had a "chalky" taste. Fries weren't fresh. The only upside was the refreshing root beer. That's it! Got here for lunch today. I ordered their special, Mushroom burger meal. It consist of a medium drink and fries and the two beef patties in a burger bun. This family owned business since 1950, has their own special burgers. This store is opened 24/7. Moderately priced. The beef patties are grilled and seasoned well. It's moist, soft and delicious. Serving staff are courteous, helpful and team players. Clean Men and Women's bathroom. read more

Hello, we're customers too. Took 25 minutes to get our order. Drove home (2 minutes away). Both fries and onion rings were almost cold. 3 out of the 4 burgers were wrong. My bacon cheeseburger came with a blob of mustard, lettuce and tomatoes. No bacon, no cheese and pickles that were to be held. The next burger's bun was so hard it was as if was grilled. UHG!! Next burger, onions were to be held....again extra onions were on it. At least 1 burger came out right. Whoo Hoo!! FYI, there was no seasoning on the meat. Ordered through the drive though when asked why it was taking so long the response was "well we have to serve the people inside". Awoke this a.m. craving my quarterly indulgence of my favorite cheat food, Whataburger. Even gave in to the splurge of paying the delivery fee, just couldn't resist. Of course, being a creature of habit I had to have my fave burger with grilled onions, extra tomato and mustard, no pickles please, and ventured into unknown territory by adding the spicy and sweet sauce, along with their gotta have onion rings. All of this absolutely deliciousness was served on the usual soft grilled bun with the usual very juicy patty. Just loved the spicy sauce, but probably would order on the side next time; had quite a kick to it ! . Onion rings were as always tasty, crispy, yet with tender onion pieces, and yummy dipped in the spicy ketchup. Having only half of the large burger, enjoyed the remainder as a late afternoon snack. Of course I have a great night out at carrollton ktown and me and my friends get hungry. We decide to come here since its open super late and near by. Ended up getting the chicken honey buiscuit because it is supposed to be really popular. Service was fast and it was empty. The lady was very kind and helped me and my sloppy friends grab things and what not. Food came out pretty fast and everything was correct. Food was great as usual.
